Marian
She can't shuffle papers or cards she's terrible at it. But never admits it of course. Pretends the papers falling onto the floor don't exist. Gives a good hard stare to whoever asks her to pick them up.
41. What mannerisms did they pick up from somewhere else?
Edelweiss Ghoul
He never saw a movie before Jocasta summoned him, and he really enjoys westerns. He likes leaning and pretending he's at a saloon somewhere. He wants to saunter and he wants to smoke a cigarette and/or spit in a spitoon. He can't really do the last two.
28. What do they tell people they want? What do they actually want?
Papa Camino
He loves seeing art thrive. He wants artists and musicians in the New York Ministry and beyond to create without fear and with their whole hearts. But he actually wants freedom himself. Freedom from all the guilt he feels about losing his father and uncles, freedom from the shame of being an addict to cope with their loss. He hopes all the colors and noise and music drowns it all out. Most of the time it does.
13. Do they fake a smile? How often?
Jocasta
Every time she receieves a half-thought out gift from Nihil or has to listen politely to one of his "on the road adventures" stories. She wonders how he's still alive.
