Sometimes you have to revisit old art to see where you once stood then redraw it to see how much you've progressed. And I've done SO MUCH PROGRESSING with my art. Now Reid has a cooler fit than an old art from 2013. Here's the old art, by the way.

I was always testing out new looks for Reid, using him as a sort of fashion experiment, which later melted into his character and why in addition to being a linguist, he also works with fashion, making various outfits of so many styles.

I just needed to draw the husbands again. And look! They've got rings! IT IS OFFICIAL! Anyway, I felt the need to draw them emulating a bit of the VF style for such setting. I was gonna do an edit, inspired by @breadstickcat, but editing just seemed like such a chore in the end so I just drew them. They're perfect, your honour.

You know what's fun? Putting Reid and Alger in different settings, especially as a pair. So, here we are. The two men, all young, charming, and possibly a bit sassy towards each other. They're adorable and perfect. And yes, Reid. Alger still loves you.

So, in an RP in a Discord server, OCs Alger and Reid have become a couple. And I had a thought. What if they have a child together? So. I drew the lovely couple with their little bundle of joy, Reid’s pink hair being a super dominant trait (his two older sons (who are half brothers and later Alger’s stepsons) also have the same pink hair).  I dunno yet if they have a son or daughter or what their name is. In due time.

So, in a Discord server, some of us RP and I utilize mainly OCs, especially in one of the RPs. Two of my guys are from an old RP I used to do with @zipp0flare, but now they get to exist in another. And they ended up being together because they were just perfect.  Well, last night, I decided what if they got married. And it was just perfect. They deserved that happiness together. So, here we have it. Alger and Reid ready to be married. And Alger totally would say “Screw it, I’ll wear a sort of dress!” because it’s so pretty and he wants to feel pretty and special on his and Reid’s day.

Good gods, I just love them.
