Introducing my main OC’s

Starting off on the left, is the girl who is literally me, is Phoenix. Phoenix is a young dragon child and has a deep hatred for humans. Growing up they were raised by their mother who is of course a big powerful dragon, and their older sibling Cyril, their father is not in the picture and won’t be till they are much much older. Phoenix is 16 years old and is a sassy and hot headed, but they are loyal and would defend their family and friends till death. Phoenix is Agender, to much as the creator of them, and uses they/them pronouns and rarely female ones. Phoenix is also unsure about her own sexuality but eventually does get with another person later in the story. (Hint they really really hate this person in the beginning)

Next up we have Tobi. Tobi as far as he knows is an orphan. He lost his family due to magic hunters several years ago. He is the oldest brother of his siblings and was the man of the house after his father’s passing. Tobi is a Tiger shifter, a second gen. Second Generation shifts can not turn into full animal form, while First Generation shifters can. Tobi is able to control fire as well and after meeting Phoenix, they become Tobi’s mentor. Tobi is the youngest in the group, clocking in at the age of 14 years old, and won’t let go of his high energy and playfulness of a young cub.

Scalene Loch is our polar opposite of the first two. Scalene is a very intelligent girl and comes from a very very wild family. Her mother is a legend herself, aka the Loch Ness monster and her father is a polar bear shifter who fell in love with her. Monsters and cryptids like Nessie, are able to take human form once every few years due to the blessing of their gods and have a short human life. Nessie did just that and had a daughter. Scalene can’t handle her mothers smothering and lives with her father till she leaves for training and stumbles upon her new rag tag group of idiots (her words, not just mine). Scalene is 17 years old and is the only one to have a weapon. She wields a sword and is a very skilled fighter. Scalene uses female pronouns and is a follow the rule book lesbian. (Hint her and Phoenix fight day and night, they are roommates and almost kill each other daily)

Lastly we have Naru. Naru is the oldest of the four and has the most experience. When he was younger, his pride was under strict control and were starting a rebellion. Naru lost both of his parents during the rebellion and has become a gentle soul after his loses. He is a First gen Lion shifter and teaches them all how to grow up and be a functional part of the human society. Naru is selfless and doesn’t speak much, but when he does, everyone listens. He works odds and end jobs to support his friends and be able to live on a small plot of Land in the woods so they may all continue to live like the wild kids they are. Naru is 19 years old, and doesn’t think about having a mate into later on in the story when another feline shifter joins their gang.

Here’s some lil extra info

Phoenix has nightmares often and either Naru will wake them and give them water to relax or Scalene will sit that edge of Phoenix’s bed and rub their arm or hold their hand till they snap out of it.

Tobi to being trained by Phoenix to control his fire ability more, but he looks more up to Naru. To the point Tobi is basically his shadow and Naru doesn’t mind it, it reminds him of when he followed his own father around.

Scalene and Phoenix fought head to head when first meeting, Scalene was impressed but more pissed tat she couldn’t beat them even after training years in combat. Phoenix is a wild card, while Scalene follows the book.

Naru sometimes will shift into his full lion form and lay under the shade and allow the other to lay on him and rest during a summer’s hot evening. Eventually they all drift to sleep listening to Naru’s sighs in his sleep.
