Tobi: “But at least you’re laying down and taking a break so... I’ll take that as a win.“
I’m still working on part 3 of the Nokela Journal comic. But here’s a small silly comic with Coldwell and Tobi! Coldwell hasn’t slept properly in like 6 years and Tobi is just trying his best to handle the grumpy tired mess that used to be his detective partner years ago.

Character: Tobi
Hi Friends, I proudly present to you my first Dead by Daylight Fanfiction!
This work is commissioned by the wonderful @handfulajake 💕 Thank you so very much for kindness and your generous support. I really hope you like what I’ve written for you!
My commissioner wished for a certain scenario with their lovely OC Tobi and Survivor Jake Park. Tonight’s Killer is Ghostface, Ladies and Gentlemen. So prepare for some fun!
If you would like to commission me or leave a tip, because you enjoyed my writing and want to help out, you can write me a DM or go over to my Ko-Fi Page (Link can be found in my Blog‘s description) 🙌🏻✨
With a grunt of pain, Tobi collided against a pile of cut wood. Looking around anxious and breathing heavily he made sure nobody was around before looking down at himself. His hands covered a throbbing gash on his side inflicted by Ghostface's knife. Tobi bit his lips and carefully removed one hand from the wound, just to discover more blood flowing out of it. The young man wailed out when he pressed his hand back on. Now that he got the time to rest for a while, he felt the cold wet of the forest creeping up on him. He was almost sure that Ghostface was still on the hunt for him, but the mist rising up from the forest‘s moist grounds deprived him of a clear view. Since his eyes failed him, Tobi shut them to listen to the sounds around him, hoping that he would hear the danger before it reached him.
With shaking breath, he pulled his knees up to his chest. None of the others seemed to be around to help. He had to keep his cool, remain silent, maybe that would prevent him from being seen by the Killer. The sounds the Red Forest made, nearly drove him insane. Strange noises and the cracking of wood resounded from everywhere around him, making it impossible for him to spot their source. Tobi took another deep as well as painful breath to calm himself when a shuttering noise of a camera could be heard nearby. A flash hit his face seconds later. The Survivor opened his eyes like a deer in the headlights and discovered Ghostface lurking at him, not far from behind a tree.
"Hello, Tobi", Ghostface raised his by now all to familiar voice. He did not make any effort to run towards the young man, who was frozen in fear. Instead, he checked the picture he took on the camera display. "Oh... this is a good one going straight to my collection", the Killer hummed and laughed out when Tobi pushed himself up to get ready to run.
"You are so adorable, my favorite victim... I just love playing with you", Ghostface sighed while putting his camera away.
"Run, I'll give you a headstart, darling..."
"Fuck you!", Tobi cursed at him, "I am not afraid of you!".
"Really?", Ghostface asked, pulling out his knife before feinting to run at Tobi.
In affect, Tobi started running as fast as he could. He didn't really had a fixed direction, he just wanted to get away from this psycho. The Survivor could hear Ghostface laughing out behind him. "Yes! Run! Run for your life!"
After a while, Tobi could spot faint lights shining through the trees. It had to be the cabin of the Huntress! Tobi ran towards it, it was like a beacon of hope, despite he knew that it was not the best place for him to hide. The Killer would know that he was drawn to it like a moth to the light. But maybe, just maybe, he would be in luck to find a first-aid kit. He could patch up and rejoin the other Survivors he had been cut off from, thanks to Ghostface.
When Tobi entered the cabin, he was hit by warmth and the smell of burning wood and coals. He scooted towards the fireplace and desperately tried to warm up his frozen fingers. For the first time he saw the extent of his wound in the light of the cabin and knew he would not last very long, if it would continue to bleed like that. As fast as possible, he searched his surroundings for a first-aid kit or at least some bandages. Having some pretty bad luck, he couldn't find anything useful. He wanted to start searching the second floor when he noticed a shadow moving outside between the trees and bushes. Tobi decided to move upwards to find a place to hide. But instead of hiding in a locker, he climbed out of a window and hid on the attached canopy. The wood was wet and rain-slicked, so he had to be very careful not to slip. To prevent himself from being discovered, the survivor hid directly underneath the window. The young man tried to be as silent as he possible could when he heard that Ghostface had entered the cabin.
"Oh, Tobi", he hummed in his strange singsong. "Where are you?".
Tobi could hear how Ghostface checked all the hiding spots downstairs.
"Come out and play, Tobi. I'm getting bored! You know you can't hide forever.." "Tobi!", he heard the Killer scream downstairs with an angry noise. Loosing his patience, Ghostface started to destroy things in the cabine, every loud noise made Tobi wince. When the Survivor heard footsteps coming upstairs, he covered his mouth with one of his bloody hands. Then suddenly, a ghostly silence settled over the place. It was so silent that everything Tobi could hear was the forest creaking and how the rain hit the moss-covered ground.
Tobi just starred into the woods until suddenly he heard an amused: "Got you". The Killer's knife missed his head by inches and hit the wood right next to him. Tobi could not help himself but to scream out in panic and tried to get away as fast as possible.
"Yes! Scream for me!", Ghostface laughed out like he was having the time of his life. He was in a bad condition, so he tried to climb down the roof extra carefully instead of just jumping.
"Where are you going? Stay!".
Distracted by the Killer, Tobi grasped at nothing and hit the ground hard. Crying out in pain, Tobi tried to get up and just run for it. He could feel his body breaking down slowly, but the adrenaline rush fueled him and pushed his limits. The Survivor could consider himself lucky, because the Killer's knife got stuck in the old wood and that guy surely would not leave it behind, so Tobi had a bit of a leading edge. Running proved itself to be difficult with his wound and now also his ankle sprained, but Tobi carried on, making all kinds of wretched noises. He had to find a hideout as soon as possible. Focused on what lay ahead of him, he passed a locker in which a certain other survivor was already hiding. Jake had immediately recognized Tobi's voice and did not hesitate to open the locker and pulling him in. Jake covered Tobi's mouth with his hand in a swift movement to prevent the other from screaming out and revealing their position to the Killer.
"It's alright, Tobi. It's me, Jake.", he whispered to calm the smaller man down. "Jake...", Tobi breathed out his name in pain and leaned up against him.
Normally, Jake would never risk his life over the ones of the other Survivors. He was the one most distant, the lone wolf, of the group. But Tobi- Tobi just got to him. He could not help himself but to be soft with him. Soon Jake could feel the warmth of Tobi's blood spread on his own body, soaking through his clothing. "You are hurt, give me a second...", the Survivalist said. Jake took off his scarf and wrapped it around Tobi's side in order to apply pressure to the wound. Tobi tried his best not to scream out in pain. "It's not much, but it should restrain the bleeding", he spoke under his breath. Looking into Tobi's exotic eyes, he could not help himself but to caress his cheek.
"I am so glad you made the escape.." They both looked at each other for a long moment, before they heard noises nearby. Tobi was a mess by now. He was freezing, trembling and his wound and ankle hurt so much it made him whimper uncontrollably. "Shut up, you have to be quiet or we will be discovered!", Jake hissed at him.
"I'm trying, okay? It just hurts so bad, I can't breathe..." In spite of everything, Tobi tried his best and held on to Jake for support and warmth. He closed his eyes for a mere second. There was something comforting in the other Survivor's presence. Tobi felt his heart rate slow down when he suddenly felt Jake's lips at his neck, starting to place kisses on it.
"What the hell are you doing?!", Tobi exclaimed and tried to push Jake off. Besides the fact that a locker was way too small to push someone off, Jake did not back down.
"You need to shut up, you‘re making too much noise, Tobi. Let me help you with that...", a rare grin appeared on Jake's lips before he kissed him again. This time on the mouth. Tobi whined softly when Jake pushed up against him and before he knew it, he found himself giving in to the wanting kisses. Jake seemed to be more than pleased that Tobi didn't seem to be completely turned off by his proposal. The Survivalist let his hand run over Tobi's small body, letting them come to a rest on his booty, before squeezing his own leg between Tobi's. From this point on, things between them got pretty heated and a little out of hand. The younger man pulled Jake's hair in pleasure while pushing his tongue up against his own. Grinding himself against Jake, the adrenaline and the rush let Tobi forget his pain and the sticky situation they were actually in for a second. Due to being lost in all the pleasure, both were far from noticing that Ghostface by now was in front of the locker, hearing the soft moans and the rattle inside from their making out. Pissed as hell, Ghostface took one deep breath before tearing up the locker. The Killer went with his instincts and pushed Jake up into the locker’s wall, away from Tobi, piercing his weapon through Jake's shoulder.
Startled by the sudden turn of events, Jake screams out in pain.
"Fuck", he realized that he had been pinned to the wall behind him. Jake started trying to get rid of the knife immediately, to free himself somehow.
"Good luck with that, you little shit", Ghostface snarled before facing Tobi.
"And you! What do you think you are doing?". The Killer grabbed his face and made Tobi, who was clearly terrified, look at him.
"Do I need to remind you whose property you are? Whose prey?" Tobi did not even get a chance to answer. Ghostface pushed his gloved fingers into his gash, making him cry out in pain. With his wrist, the Killer pushed up his mask just a little bit to lick the blood off his fingers with an amused laugh.
"Mhhh Tobi, you are so delicious...", the Ghostface hummed.
»»———— From here on, Tobi is able to choose his fate ————««
Ending 1 – Good
Scared for his and Jake's life, Tobi started to cry begging for mercy on them, just for once. "Oh Tobi, sweet Tobi.. You know the rules around here, there is no such thing as mercy." Then from all of the sudden, an eerie sound filled the air. Ghostface looked up to the sky. It was the Entity, telling him that the Exit Gates had been opened by the other Survivors. Jake managed it to pull the knife out of his shoulder in the very same moment. He did not hesitate to turn the blade against Ghostface himself, and rammed the knife into the Killer's skull. As soon as Tobi was free from the Killer's grasp, he took his flashlight and pointed it straight onto the mask which covered the Killer's face. For the final move Jake took action again and kicked him to the ground. "Come on, this won't stop him for long!" Tobi was still processing everything that just had happened, when Jake grapped his arms to pull him up carrying him on his back. Breathing heavy and hurt, Jake ran towards the Exit Gates. He never would have thought that they would make it out alive. Fueled by Tobi's warmth and the victory over Ghostface, they ran into the never-ending mist together. Free at least for now.
Ending 2 – Bad
Disgusted by Ghostface's attitude, Tobi acted on an impulse and hit the Killer's face with his fist. "Don't you dare talking about me like that, I am NOT your toy! And I am not afraid of you!", the smaller man screamed at the Killer in disgust. Ghostface just laughed it off and turned his head, causing his neck to make a dry cracking sound. "Playtime is officially over, kid", the Killer said in a cold and haunting voice. He grabbed his obsession's throat and choked him so hard that Tobi nearly lost his consciousness. With his spare hand, Ghostface pulled the knife out of Jake's shoulder. The next events happened in seconds, but even months after it, Tobi still could recall every cruel detail brand marked into his eyeballs. The Killer let go of him and striked out to slash Jake's throat with the knife. Jake's blood was spraying everywhere, on Ghostface's once white mask and also all over Tobi, who screamed out his friend's name in terror. It took Jake some time to realize what just had happened to him. Blood came out of his mouth, running over his lips, when suddenly Ghostface finished his business, piercing the knife through his skull, making Jake's eyelids flutter. Within seconds, his eyes and body stopped moving. As if it was nothing, Ghostface pulled out his knife and cleaned it on his coat before stepping aside. Jake's corpse fell out of the locker on to the cold ground. "Nothing much to smile and laugh at now, huh?", he celebrated his cruel victory over the two Survivors. He grabbed Tobi, who still was traumatized and frozen in shock, from the locker and carried him back to the Dwelling. "Let's have some more fun Tobi, I will show you what real fear is..."
