Introducing my servant OC : Arianne Chevalier (Pretender)

Note : This character does not exist in any novels and isn’t an historical character. However, her story does exist in my universe !

Without further ado, here is her profile ! :

Character info :

A woman from the countryside of Arles. She was a kindhearted woman who loved her life

in the countryside with various animals, but had to leave her home to move in the city when her parents decided to marry her to a man named Lionel Collin.

Lionel was a respected man in Arles. He inherited his parents business, the citizens loved him... But Lionel was a different man with his wife, Arianne.

Profile 1:

Height/weight: 159cm, 45kg

Origin : "The black cat lady of Arles"

Region : France

Alignment : Neutral-good

Sub-attribute : Earth

Gender: Female

A broken lady who stopped believing in god when no one replied to her prayers and calls for help. She had to take matters in her own hands and people say she comes back as a black cat to guide those who are all by themselves in their misery.

Profile 2:

Arianne was the only one who knew Lionel's real personality. He was scarily smart, manipulative, controlling... He knew how to build a good reputation. To him, Arianne was acquired, she was his property, and made sure she knew he was superior.

But poor Arianne, who had a good heart, initially thought he acted like that due to stress from working so much in his family business. She would try to make him relax, feel good, while thinking «maybe if he's in a good mood he won't hurt me tomorrow », but this tomorrow she hoped for never came. And everytime, he would apologize and act like he regretted his actions to manipulate her even more.

The sad thing is that it worked. She genuinely loved him and blamed herself for failing to be a good wife. Despite her suffering, Arianne forgave her husband every time, but as time passed, she got more and more emotionally exhausted. She finally accepted to acknowledge that something was wrong in their relationship.

So she called for help.

Profile 3 :

« I have no intent of using a holy grail... But if you really want to know what I wish for, I would say that I would love to show you the countryside I grew up in. Would you like that as much I would, master? »

Arianne thinks her past is an important part of herself and keeps a fond memory of her childhood home. Whenever she talks about it with someone, you can see it as a mark of trust and affection.

Arianne turns into a black cat and summons her beloved animals as spirits to help her attack a single enemy.

As a cat, Arianne has access to every wisdom and answers of humanity, but she can't communicate and will forget those answers as soon as she transforms back.

But the citizen of Arles were too enamored by Lionel's charm. He was indeed a charming man, and they refused to believe that such a respectful man could be capable of such things. They thought she was insane and it got to the point of even doctors conforming her insanity. Maybe leaving the calm countryside to leave in the agitated city drove her crazy. Rumors spread... Mothers would tell their children to get away from her. Doctors even advised Lionel to keep her isolated for a while, to rest her mind.

So he locked her, and no one bat an eye.

That's when Arianne started to pray... But no one came. That's when she snapped. It has to stop, so she escaped when she got the perfect occasion. She brought the few animals she could bring with her when she moved. A horse, a dog and of course, a black cat.

Sadly, her husband caught her and killed her beloved animals as a punishment, and reminded her that she brought nothing good to them, just like a black cat. It was the last straw that made her snap. She killed her husband, wrote a message to those who didn't believe her, putting all of her rage and suffering in those words before killing herself.

But even after that, she wasn't peacefully resting, and she will never be. Even years after years, her story was still being told, and some innocent souls in misery testify having seen a black cat trying to guide them. All of those testimonies are from Arles. It is believed that it was Arianne coming back as a black cat to help those that gods and humans won't help.

Clear « interlude » :

If you ask her, she would say that she isn't like other servants, she doesn't see herself at their levels. But ever since she has been summoned, she developed a strong bond with her master, having huge respect and fondness for them, and also gratitude for trusting her.

« If you ever need a familiar shoulder to rest on or a purring session to relax, just call me, I'll be there just like you never gave up on me, master. Don't hesitate, okay? »

Some may think is weird but Arianne is definitely aware and having a cat purring on our lap can be the best therapy to a depressing day... Especially when the fate of humanity depends on you. Even as a demon servant, the kindness in her heart remains strong as she stays true to herself despite everything she has endured.

So, so, the Foreigner I made is Tsukiyomi and he's in that class, because I've seen some stories portray the moon in a loving way, but horror movies (and some cosmic horror ones too) play into the darkness of night. So, Tsukiyomi is a sort of delusional Foreigner. The master is his beloved child, the one he would delay the day for. I gave him a skill that takes away hp and gives it back to the party

The False Caster is my take on HP Lovecraft, because if King Arthur can be a woman, I can make a Lovecraft based more on Bungo Stray Dogs than the real world. He is the father of cosmic horror and an absolute nervous wreck. If the master wants to take him into battle, it's best to have someone to comfort him/protect him. Also, his noble phantasm inflicts terror on himself.

Oohh Tsukiyomi sounds like a hoot! Right up my ally of bit crazy but still adorable.

The duality of the moon is really interesting and you can a lot of fun things with that. Love the idea! ❤️

Honestly, I wish FGO one day have the guts to genderbend a woman to man. But that will never happen :/.

Surprised, isn’t it? Yes, I wanted to imagine a Heroic Spirit OC in Fate / Grand Order, and I was wondering what King Louis XIV would look like in the license. Of course, if they ever decide to make Louis in Fate, he won’t look like that, that’s for sure. They will certainly do it blond, with long and seductive hair, most certainly romantic … French Stereotypes that exist in Japan. But I wanted to get a little closer to reality.

Louis XIV, Louis the Great, Sun King of France, King of Versailles.

3 Stars Saber? In this image, I represent Louis XIV young. You should know that even if he was crowned king at 5 years old, he did not take power immediately. They made sure he had fun and let the government do be power. Of course, it didn’t last long. From the death of Cardinal Mazarin, he took more and more power, once the death of some of his ministers, Golbert and Louvois, he reigned alone. It was only around his 50s that he became a great king of France and I can say without hesitation that he would be a 5 stars rider.

Appearance?

Louis XIV was called “the miracle”. You should know that, until he was 20, he almost died several times in accidents or illnesses. He had poor health in his youth. At 19, he suffered from exanthematous Typhus, which almost killed him, his succession was already being prepared. But surprise, he survived, and… lost a good part of his hair … So he had to wear a wig after that (a wig that appears in the other Stages and in the Final Stage, he would wear his royal outfit entirely. ). And he had brown hair. Technically, Louis XIV is tall. But I can’t help but imagine it smaller.

Character?

I imagine Louis XIV as a young man enjoying life and who seems particularly naive at first. He would be smiling, charming and joking. But this is only a facade. In the shadows, he is already preparing his future projects to control the government, the nobles who put the country into bankruptcy while he will have full powers and is hardly surprised by the events, having already more or less seen them expected and he can easily counter them. It is a man to woman. He adores women and he loves all the women he has chosen. He also loved all of his children. It’s just a shame that he shows little interest in his queen. (He hates the fact that he was forced to marry by politics and Queen Maria Theresa of Austria was not very happy … He preferred to take care of his mistresses with whom he was in love. When his queen died, he married for love with Madame de Maintenon who will then be his only wife.)

Relationship with other Servants?

Louis is not very grateful. Although he is not rude, he has a naturally superior demeanor which may irritate some.

- There is no doubt that he would get along wonderfully with Marie-Antoinette. (Queen of France and wife of one of his descendants Louis XVI.)

- He will have a resentment and a contempt which he will hardly hide from Napoleon. Not because they couldn’t get along with him, but because Napoleon dared to take power after the French Revolution, thus ending the reign of the royal line of France. (And I Ship Napoléon and Louis, huhu. Especially the size difference !!!!!)

(Little information, today there are 3 contenders for the throne of France: Louis de Bourbon, legitimate descendant of the royal family, Jean d'Orléans and Jean-Christophe Napoléon).

Other possible servants from this period?

- I definitely add the Musketeers: Athos, Porthos, Aramis and d'Artagnan (It would be fun to make them different class, even if Saber is the most appropriate. Maybe different sex, too, I see well d'Artagnan as a woman!)

Fate Grand Order - Poppaea Sabina

Class : Ruler

Ruler true name is Poppaea Sabina (also known as Poppaea Sabina the younger). Beautiful and intelligent, she is Nero Claudius second wife. During Nero’s reign as Emperor, he shown hatred toward Christians but she manage to tamed that hatred. According to Jewish historian Josephus, he describes her as a very religious woman who urged Nero to show compassion towards the Jews.

- My version of Type Moon-esque style story-

Even though Nero is responsible for the execution of her first husband, she held no grudges against him. During her second marriage with Otho, She caught the attention of Nero. Initially she resist all of Nero’s advancements. Soon Nero divorces his first wife Claudia and forces Otho to divorce Poppaea, to make way for Nero to married Poppaea.

Poppaea manage to change Nero for the better, increasing his popularity with the people. When she gives birth to their first child, She has been granted the title Augusta. Unfortunately three months later the baby dies. Soon after 2 failed attempt of assassination, Nero becomes easily agitated and paranoia. He kept seeing everyone as the enemy even his own wife. After a couple of failed attempt of strangling her (Due to his paranoia). Poppaea sends her own spy to find the true perpetrator responsible for the assassinations. (Along the way she becomes pregnant with Nero’s second child) Unfortunately, the information about the Pisonian conspirators comes to Nero first during the night of their argument. Nero in his paranoia suspects that she is part of the Pisonian Conspiracy.

With the information he receives, he sets a trap by gathering all of the Pisonian Conspirators, his wife Poppaea, His mother Agrippina and his former tutor Seneca (whom he also suspects part of the conspiracy) in a senate hall for a meeting. When long they waited for the Emperor, Poppaea reads the information she receives from her spy earlier and realize the gathering is a trap. When she try to leave, she is stopped by Praetorian guards. When all of them realizes it, it was too late. The senate hall engulfed in flames killing all of them all inside. The fire quickly spreads across the city of Rome which would becomes the Great Fire of Rome.

After Nero realizes what he has done, He becomes distraught and went into a deep mourning. Later he marries a boy name Sporus because of his uncanny resemblance of Poppaea Sabina.

If there’s anything Nero really regrets, is that killing his beloved wife and only wishes to reunited again with her.

Divinity: B+ Guan Yu may not have been a divine in life, but after her death she became so famous and popular that some people still worship her as the War God. As such she has gained Divinity as a Servant. Personal Skills: 

Battlefield Surveillance: A As a general Guan has won many battle using military strategy. As such she has a keen eye for detail within an area, and she can pick up on small details that others might not see.

Unwavering Loyalty: A Yu has always been loyal to her lord, even when fighting for someone else. As such she is unable to be turned against her master and can sense her master's presence and condition 

While the wine is warm: A This skill is a reference to the time Guan Yu slew the general Hua Xiong in single combat within a few seconds. Activating this skill allows Guan Yu to get a signaficant speed boost to her attacks. 

Noble Phantasm(s):  Green Dragon Crescent Blade – Anti Unit - C Rank This is Guan Yu’s weapon, made from the body parts of a dead dragon. It is a magical blade and as such can inflict wounds on the Mystical. Not only that but by channelling the power of the dragon of which it is made from, Guan can deal a blow that can set the inflicted area of fire.

Major of Separate Command - Anti Army - A Rank This Noble Phantasm summoned Guan Yu's army to fight behind her, An army of around 1000 Chinese troops can be summoned, each at the strength of a Heroic Spirit, though none of them have a Noble Phantasm.

Guan Gong, the righteous god -  Anti-Army (Self) Noble Phantasm - B+ Rank This is a reference to how Guan Yu is worshipped today. When this skill is activated, she not only gains a boost in stats herself for a short period of time,But if her Army is activated it can heal them and give then a boost in power.

Brief History: Guan Yu was a famous Chinese general from the Three Kingdoms period and fought in many battles such as the Battle of Boma and the Battle of Red Cliffs. She fought for her lord Liu Bei, and later Chao Chao when the former had been defeated and fled, despite this, her loyalty to Lie Biu remained and she departed to fight under him once more. She eventually met her end with her son, Guan Ping after their soldiers deserted them in battle. She was taken alive and was executed in Linju (Present day Nanzhang) by her enemies.

Her exploits were Romanised in the Novel ‘Romance of the Three Kingdoms’. Since then she had been elevated to god status. Other Notes: Guan Yu can also has the qualifications to be summoned under the Rider Class.

Anyway, here's some word vomit because I still have no idea how Alois' curse works

Alois' curse turned into something else when he manifested as a Servant because he became able to corrupt stuff made of and fueled by mana, but that corruption is also eating him from inside out. He occasionally gets flare ups where he kinda can't control it because anything and anyone that he touches and/or touches him gets corrupted and he coughs out corrupting sludge out of his lungs that's tar-like and has the consistency of glue.

The curse also worsens his fatigue (and this guy is already fatigued from his own body) and he is somehow almost always tired despite how incredibly powerful his corruption is. He also experiences tiredness and exhaustion, so this guy sleeps a lot, but he sometimes wishes that he could experience the sleepless thing the other servants have going on.

The curse also has some sort of visions??? I'm thinking they're the same visions Alois saw when he got cursed while he was breathing final breaths and his illness is finally killing him. He occasionally sees them when falling asleep, but moreso when trying to sleep while curse is flaring up.
