☂️ - How do they feel about rain?

Starry’s pretty neutral about the rain tbh. It’s necessary and it’s wonderful when it cools everything off, but she’s very much a sunny day person. She also had a traumatic experience with Weather Wizard and lightning, so thunderstorms make her a little nervous.

🎢 - Do they like amusement parks? What’s their favorite ride?

Yes, she does! Starry loves going because there’s a lot to do and it’s all exciting. She is very much a roller coaster person, it’s a fun shot of adrenaline for her.

💘 - What do they find attractive about their partner(s)?

So Starry is demisexual, so a lot of it is personality but it does help that her partners are hot, too.

For Maebh, it’s how sweet she is and how much she actually cares. So few people get to see what Maebh’s real personality is, so Starry’s very touched that Maebh trusts her enough to let her in.

For Roy, it’s how smart he is, especially in non-traditional ways. Starry, Maebh, and Jay are all very book smart, so Roy brings a nice balance and he’s always a good person to talk to.

For Jay, it’s that they understand each other. They’re very different from each other, yet they share a lot of interests and opinions so it’s easy.

Put all my OCs on a spinner and got Starry, so

Alone - How does your OC deal with loneliness? Have they ever been completely alone before? How do they act when there's no one around to see them?

Starry is an extrovert, so she doesn’t deal with loneliness well. Lucky for her, being poly means there’s usually at least one person around. She’s never been completely alone, but she didn’t have many close friends before high school because she has ADHD and was a little too outgoing as a kid. When no one is around, she tends to throw herself into her hobbies like baking to keep herself entertained and will sing or talk to herself.

Break - What would cause your OC to break down completely? What do they look like when that happens? Has anyone ever seen them at their lowest?

Starry is generally a pretty happy and optimistic character and her meta power is luck (like Domino from X Men), so there’s not a lot that happens to her to cause her to breakdown. However, she does get very upset if she finds out that her partners haven’t told her something (two out of three of her partners are not as open about themselves as she is and will sometimes go along with whatever Starry wants to keep the peace or to avoid talking about their issues) or if someone she cares about is hurt. Mostly, she cries and tries to talk the situation out. Her partners would be the ones who have seen her at her lowest.

Heartbreak - Have they ever had a relationship that ended badly? Experienced some other kind of heartbreak? What happened?

Starry really hasn’t had many relationships outside her three partners. That being said, there is one heartbreak she’s had that comes back to embarrass her a lot. I don’t actually remember what the justification we came up with for Icicle Jr. (Cameron Mahkent) being in Central was, but Starry had a crush on him as a kid and was hurt to find oh he wasn’t interested in her (also the whole villain thing). This started out as a joke but is part of her canon now.

Mask - Does your OC wear a mask, literally or figuratively? What goes on beneath it? Is there anyone in their life who gets to see who they are under the mask?

Nope. Starry is really an open book to pretty much everyone. She doesn’t really see the point in not being herself, much to the disappointment of the Justice League when she eventually becomes their on staff news reporter.
