Little disorganized info about this (kinda) robot oc

The administrator exist in the inbettew , keeping those inside it at bay and keeping track of who they are.

It can not be killed in a way that matters, but it can be incapacitated with a lot of things... like strong magnets or high voltage shocks.

It has 7 main programs, all able to show the default display of mere data (the one in picture), all are independant

The programs are:

Management ,Manager or just Mana: the task manager , usually the one doing its job of keeping track of things , and refuses to use anything but the default display

Entertainment or Pin , is a playfull app , prefers messing around than working and almost never thinks before talking, a great peacekeeper. (Its display is a 3d cube with an paused pinball game acting as a face)

Designer , Painter or Patt , it is an art program , the one trusted with making anything visual, it is very carefree and can not look at something without wandering how to draw it. (Its display shows 2 different screens where it draws)

Security or Ann , it is an antivirus, it dislikes to speak to anyone about anything that is not part of its job, the one that usually keeps the place at bay. (Its display shows a simple pixelated lock)

Seacher or Looker , it is a seach engine, overly curious and smart, yet it involuntarily lies a lot, it loves to go down rabbit holes and has a conspiracy board. (Its display shows two magnifiying glasses working as glasses, a loading screen working as its mouth and a usual random article or picture)

Communicator or May , is an email program, responsable of sending messages and other things, is an extrovert and loves gossip . (Its display shows a envelope with a tiny abstract antena , and two colorfull arche lines coming out of it)

Calculator or Calc, a calculator, no a lot to say , it is very focus on its tasks and prefers to work fast, only shows emotions when it gets to explain things. (Its display is just a calculator)

Little oc writing practice

Mana and Ann, break.

Today was a normal day for the administrator, nothing was out of place or at least nothing was worse than usual, yet Ann kept insisting to Mana to stay put, it was unusual for the former to act that way, always focusing on working, never on just lazing around, the manager knew all this place better than any other program, yet could not comprehend why the security was acting so odd.

"at least explain it to me, you know we have to do this" Manager tried to keep it's usual composed tone, but even with all it's professionalist , Mana was unable to hide it's irritation "tell me a reason why we should not go to do our rounds?"

"you say it, we have to do it. You are not going, I am." Ann answered with the same tone it uses when punishing an offense to the in-between, something Mana caught on immediately. "So stop trying , you are not allowed in there"

In an offended tone that came out way more whiny than Manager would have liked "and prey tell Security , why ? Let me remind you , I am the most qualified for this, greetings are my work, unless you have a good reason, I am doing this."

Security was unimpressed and disappointed, while giving it's answer "my reason is that you have been overheating , you hate them, do not hide it, I am not letting you keep doing this sorry thing to us." Ann sighted before continuing with its scold "so you take a rest, or I will be forced to shut you down for at least a day . Alright? You are acting worse than Pin."

"do not threaten me. Fine, but only because dealing with overheating is your work." Mana stopped for a bit, actually letting that display lower for once, finally Ann's "face" was shown, hopefully Manager would stay away long enough.
