I realized that I never actually wrote a proper post about this, so here we go. Honestly, Garlana's run is a pure comedy, and this list will obviously be updated and expanded as her story progresses.
Garlana and her beloved companions
She somehow senses the violence and Durge tendencies in Garlana, she sees this rage seething within her, and she admires how bloodthirsty and skilled Gar is (even though she's a cleric and not a fighter), so no wonder Lae'zel hits on her first in the most direct and matter of fact manner.
Garlana, though, sees Lae'zel as this extremely hot-headed, amazing warrior woman, and she admires and respects Lae'zel more than anyone, yet she doesn't want to potentially ruin their friendship (besides, Gar is hopelessly in love with the lame failman wizard).
They both connect on being clerics of not so good dieties and are best girlfriends who support each other (though Shadowheart doesn't want to admit it). They also spend time drinking wine and silently judging everyone.
She is Gar's best bro and her blunt comments about Garlana and Astarion relstionship are the funniest shit ever.
They were about to dance, but something went wrong, and Lae'zel kind of hooked up with him for her own entertainment when Garlana decided to spent the night with Astarion, so there's that.
They are friends, and Garlana helps Wyll to get through his whole thing with his father, no question asked. She doesn't judge him for his actions either (and how could she, given her own past). She also supports his decision to go to Hells with Karlach, and helps them both however she can.
*Gar, looking angrily at him* "You're not my dad"
Well, they did spend the night together, and he is always flirty with Garlana like he is with everyone else. But they both realize very fast that they are better as friends. She cares an awful lot for him, despite Astarion getting on her nerves 24/7, and to Astarion, Gar is one of the few people (if not the only one) who doesn't judge him and his questionable tendencies, or tries to fix him, so they grow to be very close. Garlana considers him her family, and she'd literally destroy kingdoms and kill gods to make sure he gets his happy ending, whatever that might be.
She also wants to throttle him at any time, because Astarion is being an annoying little shit.
Despite her better judgement, she is madly in love and obsessed with Gale while he is completely oblivious to it. She is extremely jealous of his past (and present) with Mystra, to which Gale is clueless, again.
This is also the reason why Astarion swept Garlana away with such ease, and Gale was so very butthurt about it, though he pretended he's not.
