Mei's brother is finally here~!
You might have seen him before as 'Raintight', but I decided I didn't like this name, and Rascal fits him much better~ Plus, it also matches with his sister's name, Hijinks (I also wasn't happy with his design, so he got a redesign too)
He has the most light fury traits out of his siblings, but he does have some sand wraith traits from his mother and grandfather, like non-retractable teeth. He's the youngest, with him and Hijinks being from a separate clutch than Mei
