Freya Richmond and her friends were average teenagers living in a small town. One night while camping before the start of sophomore year, they are attacked by a group they could only describe as one thing; Ghost Riders, the main antagonist of the sixth season of their favorite TV show. And as if things couldn’t get any weirder, they all wake up far away from where they were knocked out.
So far in fact, science may describe it as an alternate universe. A world where Scott McCall isn’t just a character in a TV show, where the Hale fire caused real devastation, and one risky stomp through the woods could lead to more than a freaky murder scene. Which wouldn’t have been a problem, if Mackenzie Barnes didn’t wake up in the middle of a street with a bite already in her side.
Faced with their favorite characters and forbidden knowledge of the future, and seemingly forced into the main storyline by some deity with a bad sense of humor, they must decide how to play this out while looking for a way home. But in a universe where werewolves are real and the full moon is deadly, anything could be possible. And when anything is possible, even the supernatural, what does that mean for four girls from a universe where these things are just stories?
