okay clearly not a canon character, but I'm holding him out, this is Philo, he's my hades oc and he's a shade in Elysium who was once a lover of Apollo! he promised when he died that he'd never gaze upon light again unless it was shining on Apollo's face, so he keeps his eyes closed! his favor is getting him a picture of Apollo after he accidentally breaks his vow <3 saddest man in the world <3

Philo is a thief but I don't think he has any actual connections to the thieves guild.... like maybe when he was younger he worked with them? Maybe. I'll probably keep him pretty much 100% independent tho.
Despite being a Nightingale, I don't think Philo ever actively worshiped Nocturnal at any point in his life. I'm considering him loosely worshipping Mara tho....
