how they’d be introduced

I think Otto would be first introduced either in the middle of his iconic office meltdown scene early in the film, or during the funeral scene with Bruce.

who the fandom ships them with

Selina and Edward/The Riddler

why the fandom loves them

His HEART. While he's gone through his fair share of Batman-like rough patches, his moral compass remains unskewed. Otto tries to seem tough but he is a total softie deep down. He refuses to lose hope in Gotham, and is firm on the idea that things can be done the right way instead of the vigilante way. He also doesn't hold back when it comes to Bruce, which is another thing I believe fans would love. Plus, he is easy on the eyes.

why the fandom hates them

Probably for putting Bruce down for his vigilante approach when he has done and will resume doing the same thing.

what the cast relationship would be like

Charlie Cox is baby. So, I see him getting along swimmingly with the rest of the cast.

what was their audition scene

The audition scene for the character would probably be either his office meltdown over The Riddler's repeated crimes, or his interrogation of him.

I say the chances on that are 50/50 lol.

if the show/movie has ended, are they happy with their character’s ending and the ending at large

Otto's arch in the movie ends with him finally capturing and interrogating The Riddler, so seeing as that was his main goal throughout the film I would say that Charlie and fans would be satisfied with the outcome.
