Reflection of @ocbjackkingsclassic Four whole days have passed since the competition last Saturday. Overall I placed 3rd in the Novice Division and 5th in Open Division for Classic Physique. My actual victory was my conversation with the head judges @williampowell39 and @sculptyourbod Both respected, as I learn that weekend, highly in the natural bodybuilding community and promoters of the organizations big competition in the Williamsburg, Virginia and Greensboro, NC areas. My approach to find character flaws in my physique and stage presence drew the sentiment of my desire to develop in the sport and to create a better body on my end. I took all the “Needs Improves” to heart and made law. OCB models themselves as an organization built on CONDITION athletes. Lean and hard physique, which I didn’t develop on, however execution of poses and overall comfort in posing half naked in front of a room of strangers I was applaud for because I did so unbothered and poised. I traveled to Winston-Salem, NC to be uncomfortable, naturally a change will come from it . I had to be in a visiting territory to receive unbiased advice to improve myself, inevitable creating a necessary change. Since my return home Sunday, I’ve enjoyed my temporary relax and recovery moments, my daughters presence, as they got to see their Dad long enough to return to ignoring me lol Just to take my feedback to reform my training and eating habits to develop my best physique. Big thanks to my cousin, who’s not on IG but his twitter handle will suffice, Shawn Jones, @low uidvfilm photographers and Co driver on the trip and my greatest motivation to do and be phenomenal my daughters Jailah and Senayah.
