Hmmm...what are your top 5 favorite things to bake? :O

Ohhh I’m surprised that I didn’t expect to get this one lol

Let’s see, probably in no particular order:

1. Cookies, any kind of cookies really. They’re finicky sometimes cause if you go even 30-45 seconds too long, you can burn them. But they are just so tasty and I love eating cookies and there are so many different kinds to bake. And decorate! I just love cookies a lot. (I made cookies a lot at the last bakery I worked at. If cookies needed to be made, I made them.)

2. Brownies, cause they’re really very easy and so delicious

3. Cupcakes. I don’t really like cake all that much, but something about cupcakes is better than regular cake. I think it’s the icing to cake ratio XD But I’ve always liked trying out different cupcake recipes.

4. Anything I’ve never tried before. Especially really extravagant stuff like a Charlotte Royale. Or cream center chocolates. Technical stuff that is an experiment and adventure and multiple steps to make. (But not macarons. I will leave that to others to make and give to me instead lol)

5. It’s kinda interesting that I’ve worked in a pie shop, bread shop, and donut shop but didn’t name any of those things yet lol. Bread is actually pretty fun but I haven’t done it in a long time outside of work/culinary school. I DID love forming rolls. That’s just really fun to do for some reason. Pies are good, I don’t have a particular love or hate towards baking them. Do love eating them tho! Donuts aren’t especially fun to me.
