If you're a follower of mine and read my fanfics then you shouldn't even argue with me about this. This is an issue of preference and perspective, plain and simple. I am not 100% right. I do not claim any truth. I blog what I like and say what I feel. I don't need anyone correcting me on my opinion over something that is plain fantasy.
What you said MinHo fans do to Yunho - like some weak anime character, then I think you need to pay attention to what a lot of people in this fandom do to Changmin. There's a lot of double-standards. And what you said how usually ukes are like - that is not always true...again it's a matter of opinion.
And I, and other MinHo fans, can't accept Changmin as a submissive? LOL. I think it's the other way around. Why can't many HoMin fans accept Yunho as a submissive too? MinHo fans are the minority; I'm sorry if this blog gives you the wrong impression about that.
I can't understand why some can't just let me enjoy my blog and run it how I want without feeling the need to say something against it. The uke/seme stuff is our imagination - how we perceive their personalities. That's it.

Hello Sana. I haven't been paying attention to your fics and I've only read a couple of them recently because of the whole issue about your lack of warnings and all. I must say that what started all this was just your lack of warning because really, rape is not a topic to be taken lightly of. And since you're sharing your works with the public, the content might trigger some of them. The whole oh, it's the author's right to do whatever she wants just because it's her work excuse is crap too. ~>
YOU are responsible for the contents of your work, and how it affects others. A warning shouldn't be too hard to type, right? Will it take you more than five minutes to write one? I doubt so. I don't see why you're victimizing yourself, just apologize and get it over with. I had no bad impression of you previously, but now your image's getting tainted from the way you're handling the whole situation. Man up, be responsible and apologize. You're making yourself look bad, pity talk and all. ~>What started out as a small issue got fired up just because of your response. And since we're on the topic of your ignorance, could you please just spend a few seconds and scroll through Taiwan's wikipedia? Yeah? It doesn't hurt to read up about what you're planning to write. The least you could do was to do some research and save yourself from the embarrassment. First of all, Anon, I DIDN'T know the major issue was about my lack of warnings at first. No one told me or informed me of this as I was posting my fics in public. It would have been nice to get a heads up a long time ago. If I knew that, I would have added warnings, which I said to that previous person who messaged me that I would. Because I assure you, Anon, I don't take rape lightly IN REAL LIFE, so I would have done it if someone politely told me about it.
I'm sorry my image is getting tainted because I'm having these HUMAN moments of depression for finding out that a few people were talking about my work behind my back. It's one thing if you tell me to my face, but when you stumble upon these things which you NEVER considered about your work before, let me tell you, it takes time to get over the shock and hurt. I am NOT trying to victimize myself. I felt hurt, pure and simple. I can't, and you can't, and no one, can tell me how I should have felt.
Why did it get fired up? Because those people stalk my LJ? I have every right to rant on my Lj. No matter what it is, that is MY space. So, then a person comes on my blog to hurl accusations in a way that leaves no room for politeness. You expected me to swallow everything and apologize then? Well, I couldn't.

The one fic that I think warranted that warning HAD a warning. So I don't know what the hell you guys were doing reading it. The others. Just because you see rape subtext doesn't make it true. Yes, some do take it way too seriously, I agree. You know, I bet this wouldn’t bother me half as much if I didn’t write fanfics too. But I put in SO much time and effort (as do other MinHo and HoMin writers) and it just doesn’t seem right to go around bashing their material or the author themselves. It’s immature. And I’ve said this over and over - you don’t like it, don’t read it. Stop whining about it and write your own.
That’s what I did. I choose to write only MinHo because there’s not enough of it and I’ve got lots of great plot ideas that involve it. So I took a chance I started writing ‘The Good Life’.

Short Rant
You know, I guess this is annoying me because I've been seeing SO much of this but what is this need to always make Changmin a woman? And I'm not talking about the occasional joke when Changmin wears something girly or acts diva or wife references. Maybe it's the frequency I see these comments or posts that irks me and makes me want to rebel against them. It's like what fans do/are doing with JJ. I mean I have my jokes about Diva Jung but I appreciate the fact that Yunho is a man. I realize each boy may appeal to us in different ways. I get that. But does Changmin have to be given a woman role for homin to work? Does the homin couple have to be given a heteronormative image? I mean, I know I'm guilty of doing this on occasion too, but my favorite thing about homin (not sure if I've ever made that clear) is the fact that they look like gorgeous men with boy-crushes. They are both tall, tough-looking men. They take you out of that yaoi stereotype which is so refreshing.
This rant may be off-base. Because I myself enjoy yaoi and probably make my own insinuations here or there in my favor too. I might even be making lots of assumption or being hypocritical. I don't care. It's how I've been feeling and I can rant here.

This logic breaks my brain.
IF they’re just waiting to get rid of each other, WHY did they stay together when their group fell apart? Isn’t that the perfect opportunity to get rid of each other? IF they are liars about liking each other, then they deserve a fucking award for their performance because WOW that is some FINE acting. They’ve certainly got many people fooled with their affection for each other including my parents.
Honestly, don’t go grasping for conspiracies to explain things…think logically first. Is there a chance their friendship is all fake and manufactured by SM and homin are just playing the role of best friends? Well, sure. There’s always a chance of anything. Especially in the entertainment industry where things aren’t what they appear to be. But I’m not going to claim/spread off-the-wall things with no proof other than we don’t see them hanging out with each other a lot outside of work (I am assuming this is what their “proof” is). Like today in L.A. I know there’s lots of people making a fuss over that.
Who cares if they want to spend some time apart? It’s healthy in any relationship for two people to give each other SPACE.

Thank you. Exactly how I feel. Yeah I don’t get it. The followers I have now should know my opinions and preferences by now. So I’m assuming the rude anons are just stalkers. I started this blog for fun. It’s unnerving when light conversations can turn so bitter, rude, and serious.
The way some anons get so defensive from my opinions, you’d think I’m shoving it down their throat and forcing them to think the way I do.

Hip hop for sure! That’s my favorite. Whenever I hear a song I immediately choreograph a bit of it in my head. Even if you don’t think you’re good, you should do it! It’s great exercise!
