NAPOCOR is set to pay a Php200 million subsidy to Occidental Mindoro Consolidated Power Corporation (OMCPC). Unfortunately, this can only cover one of three months' diesel bills of OMCPC. NAPOCOR is supposed to give Php1 billion in subsidy, but this is all they will give. This still won't solve Occidental Mindoro's power supply problem/crisis. Thanks still to Sen.
