Sa sunod-sunod na pagtatanong, nabisto at nabulgar ang plano ng OMECO na mag-file ng kaso laban sa OMCPC. Bagama't naiinip at nababagalan ang lahat sa aksyon ng OMECO, pero ayon sa kanilang abogado na si Atty. Lopez, mayroon pa silang mga hinihintay na dokumento, partikular ang cash flow ng OMCPC.
Ito aniya ay mga 'pre-conditions in filing an airtight case' laban sa OMCPC.
Sa ating pagtataya, sa pagsagot ni Atty, Lopez sa mga katanungan, mapapaghandaan na ito ng OMCPC. Mas mainam siguro na humiling na lang si OMECO ng 'executive session' para sagutin ang bagay na ito.
