I saw a picture of an oil painting by Terry Kelly on the internet and fell in love with it. Since it wasn’t for sale, I thought I’d paint a version of it for myself. I just made some oil paint with burnt bones and wanted to try it out. Super happy with the results.

I prefer painting on my back balcony but the mouth of winter is upon us. I started making my own paint. Working on consistency, though I love the results regardless.
