Camping in Refugio 8.9-11
This place was wonderful. From the waking up and falling asleep to the ocean crashing to the warm air throughout the day. Upon arrival we quickly unpack to be able to enjoy the beautiful sunset. We also got a great campsite right next to the restroom and less than 100ft away from the shore.
We were surrounded by friendly neighbors... called one of the guys Uncle ben. He helped us start our fire throughout the weekend. The first night we just ate the food we got from tacocal. Pretty yummy!
Second day we went to chill at the beach. Some of the girls were tanning while i watched the beach. When they were done we hiked the shore of the beach went pretty far and brought back some tar on our feeet D:
We also went night hiking which was pretty scary!!.. but fun none the less
Next time we go camping we need to bring butter/oil... that sucked not having that to cook with.. a candle to start the fire!!.. more activities like ball and stuff. Overall relaxing trip! Id give it a 4.. wish there was more to do there..and less tar but other than that.. cant complain about the closeness and cleanness of the restroom/showers, closeness and openness of the beach.
