Sarah just recently finished rewatching LOST for the millionth time and couldn't help feeling a little bit inspired. I know it's kind of an older show considering it wrapped up like 13 years ago now, but it's such a beautiful show. It has and always hold a special place in my heart.

So here’s a side-by-side of my first Kate Austen (and first @evangelinelillyofficial ) drawing on the left, and my brand new Kate Austen drawing on the right. Both done freehand in graphite pencil. The left one was from January 2013, and this new one was started in late September this year and I worked on it off and on until finishing it Monday morning. I see things I like about the first drawing - like the detail in the shirt — but I do hope I’ve grown in the past almost-7-years. I’ve been drawing every single day since the 2013 drawing, and I hope, by the grace of God, to only improve going forward. 🙏🏻 Thanks for the support, my friends!
