❝Hey now, if you're going to start a snowball fight, you have to ensure you do it correctly. Your foot stance and how you're holding it is all wrong. You got to make sure you can hit them with such force that they know not to mess with you the next time you do a snowball fight with them.❞
Where Anastasia came from is unknown, but certainly she came at the right time. Sure, she should be inside, finishing off the paperwork her sister left behind in her care. At the same time, she didn't desire to look at words for another few hours. She could already feel her head aching from looking at words for hours and having to word everything neatly. So, she came out here, only to find a familiar face.
Her gaze flickered between the man and whoever had came out. There's not much snow, though there is enough to create a small snowball.

❝why the change of mind ?❞
❖
❝I genuinely don't want to do it anymore.❞ A shrug left those shoulders of his. Vasco normally didn't change his mind, especially on something he secretly been looking forward to. Unfortunately, his mood took a sour swing and now it ruined any hope he had on going. Not that he wanted to explain that out loud.
It's already bad enough that he kept as secretive as he can. Now, he felt like it'll be more of a burden to share something he couldn't explain. He couldn't even explain why his mood went sour and he didn't want to anymore.
❝Y'know, you could go ahead and ask someone else.❞ And Vasco will be a joykill, given that he may not show as much excitement as one would think. He would rather avoid bringing someone's mood down, especially if they were looking forward to it more than he did.

" you seem unaware of your importance, my liege. " (for ana!)

❝And I have no desire to be aware of it either. Now, if you excuse me, I have things to do and one of them is not discussing on if I'm important or not.❞
While Nova might have cared, Anastasia did not. She held no regards to her position. To a certain degree that is. She knew she needed a good reputation to have some allies, though her sister did most of the work. She is there to support, though there are times she wonder why she is needed at all other than support. All she did is talk aggressively and get in trouble for fighting. She's a burden more like it, but she'll never admit it out loud or think about it for too long.
Waving her hand through the air dismissively, Anastasia moved a few steps towards the door. She had no time to talk nonsense with a stranger. Let alone something about importance. She had thoughts about it, but if it boiled down to her, she didn't think twice about it. It's already a headache to know some people thought of themselves far too important.

22 for the kiss prompts 👉👈
❖
While Vasco needed to slip away to return back to his duties as a captain, he had found himself taking a small break. It so happens that he gotten some company while taking his lunch break. Simon had found himself in the presence of the captain, though there's nothing Vasco couldn't do to shake him off. Not that he intend to do so in the first place. Company is company, even if it's not often he did had one when he was on land. On his ship, that's a whole different story, despite him having the ability to have lunch on his ship in that very moment. Perhaps the Naut captain wanted something different than what is served, which a few of his crew had similar ideas of getting food on land too.
There's not much talk when Simon had arrived up until now. Correction, he did more of the talking than Vasco did, who focused more on his food than any talking. And in that very moment when a particular phrase peeked his attention, he raised up his head and turn, only to have lips upon lips. Then again, someone like Vasco who was half-listening to whatever Simon is talking about didn't realize the guy had moved closer, bringing his whole face much closer than expected. As one knows it, an accidental kiss would occur.
Vasco jerk his head back, scowling. The blush on his face could easily be mistaken as the heat from the sun beating down.
❝Do not bring your face like that again.❞

“ there’s a killer storm going on outside , so unless you want to disappear under mysterious circumstances , i suggest you get comfortable . ”
❖
❝How delightful.❞
The words were more to himself than to the other. Golden eyes stared at the window. The howling winds that could be heard and tearing through the trees. Vasco only wanted to swing on by to grab a few things and that's about it. He didn't expect to be struck far from the ports, though he's sure any of the Nauts would understand what had happened. Then again, he should have known, given the brief glance to the skies and how the dark clouds had gathered, approaching rather rapidly.
With a frown twisted onto his lips, the Naut captain moved to lean against the freezer meant for ice cream. The sound of the plastic bag filled with snacks he is so-ever-caring to get for a few of his crew, who practically begged him to get a snack or two for them while he's out had been lost to the sounds going outside. His gaze shifted away from the windows to the other man.
❝It's like you knew this storm would happen. What is this mysterious circumstances you speak of?❞

Guilt: What is your OC guilty about? How do they handle their guilt? Do they try to avoid guilt, or do they accept it?
➤ Nova is guilty about many things.
About leaving those she cares about behind. About having to have her brother be more protective over her like she is some fragile person in need of more protection. About having to tell of her issues and burdens to another where they have to work around it. About getting things that could be put to someone else.
Nova will try to make up for the guilt. If someone does something for her, she will do something in return but tenfold. She will try anything to get rid of the guilt, even if it takes her a while to do so. It's a matter of avoiding and accepting it, depending on what she is guilty about.

what do you think they were thinking about? you know, when they died?
❖
❝Depends on who ya are referrin' to. That guy-❞ One index finger - tightly wrapped in a cutesy and color bandage - pointed at the nearest grave with the name of Adam (died not too long ago). Then, just like that, her index finger lowered. ❝- thought about what his family would have said. Would they react in a sad way over his death? Would they be angry? Would they not care?❞
Whoopie daises, Nova might have given away one of her abilities. The ability to see a spirit and what their thoughts are. Not every spirit is stuck in a time-loop like this particular one is where he kept replaying his dying moments again and again. At random times, he became quiet, almost nonexistent. Perhaps the lack of energy kept him from appearing.
❝Just kiddin'. I don't know what he really is thinking about or what any of these guys are thinkin' about. Annnnyways, why do you ask?❞ A giant smile formed onto Nova's lips as if she told the most funniest joke known to mankind.
There is a lie hidden in there that she easily flickered into the air, though she hoped she didn't get caught. Not everyone is into knowing the paranormal or even want to know if she could actually do it or not.
