1, 19, 23, and 24 for the OC asks
I can’t even remember. Maybe when I was like 4 or 5 and tried to write a book about Blue-ella (like cinderella but blue instead of cinder) (she didn’t last long)
19. Introduce an OC that means a lot to you (and explain why)
I know I’ve talked about her before but Sarah
She’s probably my oldest, still-active OC (even though she’s changed a lot). I also named her after a friend I had before I moved when I first made her. There’s definitely some disconnect between then and now, but she reminds me of who I was when I was younger (ie like 5 or 6 years ago) without it making me uncomfortable.
23. Introduce an OC that has changed from your first idea concerning what the character would be like?
This could be half my ocs, but I’m gonna go with Kell because I barely talk about them
In the original (like before half the characters existed) version of my scifi fantasy wip, Kell was definitely more of a behind the scenes character/a goal to reach. They were barely in the story and probably would have fit into some sort of deus ex machina type hero role
Now, they’re definitely more stuck in the past, stubborn, and suspicious. And a great parallel to Thomas
24. If you could meet one OC of yours, who would it be and why?
Of all my OCs, Damien (who I’ve never actually mentioned before oops). He’s just a really cool guy who knows a bit about everything (he tends to learn things along with his friends so they don’t have to figure it out alone). He’s also kinda a death god so that’s cool
