Oslo's capable of deep introspection, often being described as being a deep sigh personified. That is, until he sees his captain, or someone he's decided to call captain. Then, he's puppy.

Here he's seen interrupted while contemplating what to do with a second black lantern ring. His primary function is to contain black lantern energy, preventing another Blackest Night; yet somehow, another ring came into being. Troubling, to be sure.
