Is it possible that Putin wrote the New York Times op-ed himself?

The answer would be an easy

One of the first things mentioned in our PR class was what a great piece of PR writing the op-ed was. Could it be true that he wrote it himself? A man of good but not great English? Also while he runs a whole country (nbd) he just had a few hours to sit around and write up this well written piece which at the end makes sure to point out how unexceptional America truly is.
