Hearing about One Piece next chapter spoilers from a person who I trust would give reliable information be like:
⚖ ☽ ⚠ ☯: For my BOY Odarem
⚖: Has your muse broken the law before? Broken a vow or promise?
If it is within his power Odarem will Never break a vow or a promise. When he makes them he means them and he would do almost anything for people he genuinely cares about.
Has he broken the law? Of course he has. He doesn't break it unless he feels it's necessary in order to do the right thing, but he knows the gov / laws are very biased and flawed, so he ultimately doesn't keep himself beholden to them!
☽: What is their alignment?
Neutral Good! :]
⚠: Would they seek revenge against someone who’s harmed them or the people they care about?
Against him? No, probably not-- unless he suspected they would go on to hurt other people, in which case, yes he'd get 'revenge'.
If you hurt someone he cares about, though, well... he practices with his gun, and his aim is shockingly good. It's a skill most people don't know he possesses, but he slaps at using his revolver. The only exception to his retribution is if the person who was harmed asks him not to get involved.
☯: What do they think of ‘good’ and ‘evil’?
He thinks things are always more complicated than they seem-- good and evil are no exception. But, he does think you can choose to fall more one way or the other, and both take a conscious effort + decision-making.
He thinks choosing to be good is the bravest and kindest thing someone can do, regardless of how "good" they are at it.
i know that in one piece from the time a new crewmate is introduced, to the end of the series, i know that they will be a different person. well they're the same person, but they've grown. they've evolved. they achieved their dreams. got stronger - both physically and mentally.
i love reading/watching one piece because i'm getting to witness these wonderfully formed characters grow - both individually and collectively - and that's one of the best things about coming to love characters
