Oh goodness, I didn’t think I’d end up this nervous when it came to posting this…

Well because I felt so bad last night I kind of got the idea to draw my very first OTP, because I wanted to and because I don’t have much expertise is putting people into interacting poses so I’ve really never done it before. But I wanted to and I had a cute idea and if I ever want my niche headcanons filled I’ll have to do it myself.

I have the dumb headcanon that if you get up after a roll in the hay, for literally anything that doesn’t plop you back in bed right away, Hiei will find you, annoy you, and fall back asleep. Likely on you. Likely it will hinder everything you’re doing. Yes, this is one of the many reasons o describe my Hiei headcanons as being a grumpy cat.

Kurama thinks it’s a sign of trust. He’s right, but Hiei won’t stay awake long enough to acknowledge it.

Doodled good old Gen 2 Kris today because I’m excited we get Pokemon Crystal on the virtual console.

I think I want to find a way to properly merge my two doodle styles - one gives me a great base for bodies and hands and the other is way better at faces….I’ll figure it out.

Little thing I’m working on

Wanted to share doodles but no one needs my scribbled notes with them. Just trying to rough out what it is I may or may not want to change the designs.

A Théo and a Hiro. I forgot my phone when I went to work for the five hour Saturday shift that day so I used my break to doodle.

I haven't drawn much in months, but I have started to feel like it again. Kind of like feeling up to sewing that top for Izumo, it's taken a little bit to get myself in a place that lets me fight with something creative. Thankfully these two things have decided to work together and so I'm thinking about what I'd like to make for Izumo some day. And how I'd like to change her face up eventually. Can't wait to finish these, give them a real color pallette and a pattern on the yukata one.

The fun part is now I really need to make her little magatama beads - I'm kind of looking forward to figuring that out.

Sometimes it takes multiple days and a constant shifting of the part to finally get somewhere.

Even doodles be like that sometimes.
