Here’s the drum recording setup from this past weekend at Bird & Egg Recording with the San Jose based band, @oddlyevenband. We got a really cool sound with these microphones - lots of low end from the floor tom by micing the bottom of the drum and using a small towel to get it more tight/punchy.
