i was supposed to meet up with my crush during his art show about a week ago but he ended up being late. he doesn’t have a phone and he had to stay late at work and by the time he got to the show i had left. i got kinda upset that night and i thought i had gotten over my crush but now the feelings all came back. he posted a borne song cover and my friends are convinced it was for me. he posted it on fb a few hours after i talked to him. i was super anxious today and it helps me to calm down

(cont)he just has such a calming effect on me and it’s so wonderful but i miss him. anyway i haven’t talked to him since he messaged me apologizing for not being able to see me and thanking me for coming to the show. but i miss him and idk how to start up a convo tbh!! i’m so awkward online like i had no problem back when we worked together over the summer but i don’t see him everyday anymore and he’s super busy and i don’t wanna bug him. idk i’m conflicted

aww i dont think youll bug him if you message himmmjust hit him up and ask for a life update, you know? ask how ___ and ___ have been. maybe even say you missed him. i would say theres portential for something heeeretake that risk and go for it. ik it’s spooky and stuff but hey, youll regret it more if you dont

also i deactivated my fb the only way i have to communicate with him. cause i got in the habit of checking up in him and that needs to stop. i need to just detach myself and once he says it to my face then ill force myself to move on

i totally understand that. it’s hard. i’m sorry. i hope you’re able to enjoy when you see him next and it’s good no matter the outcome

oh god things are weird with my crush!! we live far from eachother and i have t seen him since august and won’t see him for another month. he’s super busy all the time and i feel like he’s gonna say we’re better as friends so i’m just mentally preparing myself. i’m just trying to crush any hope in myself that we may be together so i can handle it well when he says it himself. and he also doesn’t have a phone and his only social media is facebook which he doesn’t really check much. idk i’m sad

that is sad i’m sorry!!!! being far apart is hard and not seeing them and yeah that’s a lot. it could be that like, it may not be the right time? but either way like preparing to like, be okay if it doesn’t end the way you’d like can be helpful as it often doesn’t hurt as much. but like, also like, let yourself enjoy having a crush. enjoy feeling good and happy when you think of him!!!! things will play out how they do but either way you’re great and you deserve someone wonderful!!!

im thinking about how i have so much work to do cause this weekend is canadian thanksgiving and i need to get a bunch of stuff done by Thursday before i bus home! cause midterms start after thanksgiving and i need to start studying over the break.

oh wow yeah that sounds like a lot of stuff going on, but i hope you have an amazing thanksgiving and things are good at home!
