remember during the end of civil war when thor returns to earth after or near the end of the super-hero registration act. only to find out all the fucked shit tony was doing ( the ragnarok clone mostly ) and is then more or less, threatened to have what remains of asgard seiged. immediately then turns around to whoop tonys ass, and then makes him walk home. because i do.

#i will admit there is a lot of context to that era #of comics #which i find funny that in the mcu they kept thor out of it #the writers know that thor would solve this issue in seconds #i find it funny in that same fight that tony says thor was working out #and thor politely lets him know #that thor has always been holding back #that level of strength i feel is absent from the mcu #and i get it's because it's watered down a lot #that i feel the mcu writers tried to dial down everyone and how #crazy that the comics are in power-scaling.#i want it clarified here #that thor even in an altered mcu setting #is still incredibly powerful
