Miyu was crying too. Not wasting any time she took off her own shirt, holding it against her stomach in an attempt to stop the bleeding. “W-what happened, Mayu? Did... was it one of those ghosts?”
“I... I think I... have a little water...” she said. “W-when we preformed the charm, I-I had my backpack on... but I’ll get that later, OK?” she said. “Nghh... t-the nurse’s office is over there... can you get up? M... Maybe I can help stitch this back up if we get there,” she suggested, tears falling.
“Y-yeah! Y... I’ll try to save you, OK!?”
Try.
That word slipped out.
Try to save her.
“A-And then you’ll be fine! S-sure, there might be a scar, but when you get older you can make up a cool story about how you got it fending off a yakuza or something!” she wanted to do anything to lift the other girl’s spirits, but...
What could she really do?
“Y... you’re gonna be... you’re gonna be... P-please stop bleeding!” the shirt wasn’t enough, she needed stitches. “Ple... I... what do I do...!?”
