sophie was tempted to just lock the doors to the shop at this point, having never been well equipped at handling disgruntled customers. they had finally escorted the woman out, telling her that she was sorry as she yelled back at them. it was in that moment that they heard another’s voice, looking up as their hand pressed against their own forehead, trying to calm the way her mind was racing. “it’s nothing, just an unhappy customer. thank you for your concern though, sir.”
