The Orrena Fusion Experiment and Research Center (O.F.E.R. Center)
So, basically: This is the Pokemon version of the SCP fountain. But wait just one minute. There's several major differences between the two. Here's a list:
1. Obviously, O.F.E.R. is in the Pokemon universe. Wait...why did I even say that?
2. O.F.E.R. makes their own anomalies, in the form of Pokemon fusions (called Projects). They do study some of the anomalies in the Pokemon universe, but the majority of their research goes to their self-made anomalies (aka fusions)
3. Unlike the SCP fountain, whose soul mission is to protect humanity from the anomalies, the O.F.E.R. Center are actually a neutral party. They don't go out of their way to harm humanity, but they also don't go out of their way to protect it either.
4. O.F.E.R. doesn't have a D-class personal, though reasons for why is unknown. Instead, they have the logging committee, a group of members that have odd powers, who get close up experience with the fusion.

I'm actually wanting to do a website like the SCP fountain. Yeah... honestly that's all I have to say about this.
