Here we have our first add-on: Alpha. I wanted the rings to be figments of the Batter’s will and believes; Alpha represents his need for purity/purification. In terms of the design itself, multiple themes came into play: the shape of the alpha letter, it originally being a ring and biblically accurate angels/halos.

When in the overworld or in battle, this ring will produce a blinding light. It’s ‘eyes’ help search for danger and is usually the first to strike to defend The Batter. Other than that it doesn’t have a mind of its own and dose as The Batter wishes. If necessary it’s form will change into the simplistic ring like-in game; this, however is a rare phenomenon.
