Pig gut dump from the morning market according to poster I thought it was an art piece or some sort of medical disposal or whatever, I love the composition of this picture.
Sheep's head, burned (to remove the hairs), salted, smoked and cooked. A delicacy from Voss, Western Norway.
Decided to redraw the girls, and add the fellas! The Lab Staff are on a "Mystery Holiday!"
So i have this poultry cookbook from the 80s and I have to ask
Was it ever the norm in Japan to use liver in yakitori? Because unless i specifically look up "Japanese offal recipes" all yakitori seems to call for chicken thighs.
I do paln to try this sometime, i am very curious how the liver will turn out.
