Nenny feels genuine concern and worry about Off, because she doesn't register the negative things they say as being jokes! Dark humor always does tend to fly right over her head, after all. Since Nenny feels like she often ends up with her foot in her mouth when she tries expressing things like this, she finds herself worrying about Off often! Any good friend would, after all... This worry manifests as Nenny being extremely clingy, and extremely cheery and annoying, as it always tends to do! Sorry Off!

For those looking for her in-game, the code is <alt>0237. Hopefully I will be able to get the name Offelia when Legion is released, since the armory said there wasn’t someone using that name, but that turned out to be lies.
