officalverse debate answers
if salamander were to win presidency, salamander's first act will not be to enact any laws. nay: salamander would instead institute a fundamental constitution, enshrining the rights of officals that have, in the past, been willfully ignored. salamander will make one specific note, however: should salamander win, @satan-offical will be elevated to a role of figurehead of officalverse. she will not be bogged down with legalities and bureaucracy, but will, whilst having no physical power, instead provide a face behind which to mobilise, as a sign of respect for her legacy.
salamander's council applicant's are publicly visible on salamander's blog. applications are over, and, should salamander win, the candidates will be filtered into a manageable council. roles and duties will be assigned in a manner mirroring extant governmental processes.
given the political nature of this debate, partisanship is all but a fundamental: how can one run for political office without it?
salamander feels unequipped to answer this question.
