Killing with kindness

I work at a company that is currently going through a huge merger. No one really knows what the hell is going on, but we're all hanging in there, holding on by the threads of our jobs. But the woman who is rumored to become our boss isn't the friendlies of people. You say hi, she says nothing. You look in her direction, she walks faster. It's obvious she doesn't know what she's doing and she probably intimidated, but for real lady, if you're going to be professional, you have to acknowledge the people who built this company. You can't just come in from no where and run shit like it's yours.

How do you handle situations like this, you may ask? Well, my friends, you kill them with kindness. There is no other way. You listen and then you kill ... with kindness.
