i would much rather work intensely for 4 hours, have a big meal and take a huge nap, then continue with resting/playing/whatever, than have to be “available” for 8 hours of my day. which in reality means half of that time i’m stuck at home, surfing the web, doing laundry, washing dishes, cooking, drawing, etc. not working, but “working”.
