How to clean your desk?
The first thing you should do is clear your desk. Disinfecting wipes or a damp paper towel can be used to clean any dirty or dusty surfaces that need to be cleaned up.
Get rid of any unnecessary papers. Usually, if they've been there for a long time, it means that you've already put off deciding whether to keep or toss them. File it in this case. If not, toss it. Use binders to sort out your paperwork, like A4 binders or paper binders.
Avoid putting the same thing on both papers and your computer. If and when you need to, copy those things. It doesn't make sense to go "paperless" if you still think you need a paper copy of your documents.
You can store extra paper clips and pens in a drawer or on your desk.
Sort and put together things that are the same.
Once you've thrown away what you don't need, it's time to start grouping your paper into different types. A few ideas:
Bills that haven't been paid:The debtors (unpaid sales and paid sales)
The bank statements
reconciliations of your bank account
Statements from credit cards
payroll and tax information for employees and customer and vendor correspondence.
Standard business policies and operations should have insurance.

Tips for organizing your papers
All businesses need a way to keep track of paper documents. Computers would be great if they could store and organize everything, but we all know that doesn't always happen. They still use notebooks, journals, and notepads to keep their daily records.
This one is a case-style A4 binder with plastic or metal rings. The case is dust-free and archival-safe, so your documents and projects are safe from dust and damage. So, how is this binder different from the ones you can buy at any office supply store?
The Binder binder is a planning, identification, and storage system that you can make your own. Because the clear polypropylene overlay is so easy to use, it can be changed and reused many times so that you can use it over and over.
