#officeworkflow - haven't posted much in awhile. Have had a lot of personal stuff going on in the recent weeks. Haven't worn makeup, no nice clothes for work (which is bad!) and no motivation to film (even car chats!). I've been using my time in the car to just unwind and think about a lot of important things. Anyone who knows me knows that I suffer from extreme depression and anxiety which apparently is classified as bipolar depression or Bipolar II. It's scary to think that I have a mental health disorder that cripples my life so bad sometimes but based on my behavior history and my depression history it makes sense that this is really what it is (and not just having depression/anxiety). Idk if I want to do a video on it or not but the more that mental health is in the forefront, the more exposure it gets and hopefully more $, research, and awareness for people to take their meds and get help. It's hard to ask for help bc it's not like cancer or something that destroys your body. It is a disease of the mind which is so stigmatized bc people's normal reaction is to simply "get over it". It's such a dismissive statement and it's not that easy. I don't think people sometimes think that they are being mean or even trying to be mean but it's so dismissive that it hurts those who suffer.
