  e m e r s e d in vibrant colors , patches of paint , and charcoal sketched designs had been keeping the fiery spirit distracted. as strange as it sounded , partaking in any art activity left a warm feeling in her soul. the downside ? the music blasting in her ears keeping any one from having a conversation. “ I didn’t hear a thing you said , sorry. ” slowly removing the buds from her ears , “ did you want to repeat that ? ” a perky tone pairing with the words as she turned a heel.

               listening  to  his  usual  youtube  playlist  of  serial  killer  documentaries  ,  he  could  honestly  admit  that  he  wasn’t  paying  much  attention  to  what  evelyn  was  saying  to  him  .  he  was  more  focused  on  refreshing  his  memories  on  the  horrors  that  charles  manson  put  the  whole  world  through  during  his  time  on  the  earth  .  it  wasn’t  until  the  final  comment  that  he  pulled  out  his  earphone  ,  smirking  in  her  direction  .  ‘‘  as  a  team  ?  we  could  run  &  ruin  this  down  .  don’t  you  think  i  ever  forgot  our  power  together  ,  evie  .  ’’
