                Gwen couldn’t help but sigh deeply for a moment. Looking at the other for a moment she couldn’t help but shrug it off for a moment. now she wasn’t sure what was going to really happen, but the second she was pulled up and onto his shoulders she couldn’t help but turn read for a moment. “ – okay, Holding on now.”  she said softly. “ Uh – thanks.”

Seeing any of the kiddos (they might be over 18 - they are still kids in his old man mind) hurt, always made him feel sad. Sad, that they feel like they need to be fighting, even though they could be changing the world in all the different ways. Still, as much as he hates seeing them fight, the best thing he can do is to make sure they are still alive at the end of the day.

“Don’t mention it, kid. Any other injuries I should know about?”
