"This film was an incredible opportunity for me. And more than anything, I thought it was an opportunity for me to write a love letter to cinema, to all the things I love about going to the movies. [...] In many ways it's most important movie I've made, straight from me to all of you." - Ryan Coogler
SINNERS (2025) BEHIND THE SCENES (1/2)
Dir. Ryan Coogler
I love them general theme of “I want to go home” in Sinners. Cause home means so many different things for so many different people.
It’s in when Bo heads outside because his wife wants to go home and his wife cradles him in her arms as they both die, because she told him they were going home and she would not let him go alone. 🥺😭
It’s in Mary trying to refind her place in the family that raised her but getting kicked out to keep her ‘safe’. She doesn’t want to be safe. She wants to be home.
Home. Home for Sammie is music and not the tight fisted hand that his father uses to rule the house that he used to call home.
Home for the Moore twins is also different, because Stack has always denied himself Mary, and Smoke has lived his entire life trying to protect everyone and everything he holds dear. Finally letting go of the tight reigns when Annie beckons him home.
Home for Annie is her culture, her baby, and her man. 🥺
And there’s the other side characters, like Slim who dies for his home. Not for the segregated life they are living but for the sake of the younger generation to hopefully create a better home.
And Remmick is so far removed from his home, that he doesn’t have a place to return to. So inadvertently burns down and destroys the homes of others because he is reaching for a place to call home.
And the native Americans, 🥹 doing good in the world, saving people from monsters and beasts. Never ever forgetting to heed the call to go home, lest they stray too far into the darkness.

The bell over the door gave a tired little jingle when you pushed it open, stepping in from the blistering heat and choking dust of the street.
𝓑𝓸 𝓒𝓱𝓸𝔀 & 𝓒𝓸 𝐃𝐄𝐋𝐓𝐀 ɢʀᴏᴄᴇʀʏ & ᴍᴀʀᴋᴇᴛ
The painted letters on the glass were peeling, baked raw by the Southern sun. Your shoes were worn thin, the soles offering little defense against the scorching floorboards. Your dress was simple cotton, damp and sticking stubbornly to the back of your knees. And you were tired, bone tired, you felt the exhaustion seeping into your teeth, from chasing one dead end job after another across this godforsaken town.
You needed work. Or a miracle. Or both.
The store smelled like heavy tobacco, cured leather, and dry wood, with a hint of something sweeter bleeding through the humidity, maybe the colorful candy in the glass jar by the counter, or the bright, bruised apples piled up high in the wicker baskets. Shelves lined the walls from floor to ceiling, packed tight with everything from flour sacks and molasses to shiny pistol rounds. It was the kind of place where a man could buy a loaf of bread, or a hammer without walking more than twenty feet.
You adjusted the canvas bag on your shoulder, wiping a bead of sweat from your forehead, desperately trying not to look as broken and desperate as you felt. It was quiet inside, a cool sanctuary from the glare outside, but it wasn’t empty.
There, behind the heavy oak counter, sleeves rolled up over strong, tanned forearms, stood a man.
And Lord Almighty. You almost forgot how to breathe.
He was fine. Broad through the shoulders, lean through the waist, and the worn leather suspenders crossing his chest did absolutely nothing to hide the heavy muscle beneath his shirt. He had dark hair, a little mussed and wild, like he'd run his fingers through it a hundred times that morning already. A sharp, unforgiving jawline. Sleeves pushed up. And a single cigarette dangling carelessly and lit between his lips.
He watched you over the top of the heavy ledger he was scribbling in, eyes narrowing slightly. One eyebrow tilted up slow, like he wasn't quite sure if you were real or just a cruel heat mirage rolling in off the baking road.
"You lost, darlin'?" His voice was rough, low, a gravelly baritone that vibrated right through the floorboards. It didn't unfriendly but it didn't sound soft either.
You swallowed hard, your cheeks burning hotter than the midday sun outside.
"No, sir," you managed, clearing your throat to find your footing. "I'm lookin' for work.”
He tilted his head a little, studying the line of your jaw, the set of your shoulders. The cigarette bobbed between his fingers as he finally took it from his mouth, tapping the ghost of an ash into a rusted tin. There was a long, heavy pause, stretching thin and taut between you like taffy pulled too far in the summer heat.
He leaned forward, bracing his heavy forearms on the counter, and you caught the faint scar along the left side of his throat, a rough, pale line disappearing beneath the unbuttoned collar of his shirt. He smelled like leather, salt, and something intimately familiar you couldn’t quite name.
"Ain't much work left 'round here," he said finally, his eyes dropping briefly to your worn shoes before rising back to yours. "Dust's got more jobs than we do."
Your heart sank, a heavy stone dropping into your stomach. You started to thank him anyway, ready to turn, ready to leave with your pride shriveled up tight inside you. But then he spoke again, his tone almost too casual, stopping you right in your tracks:
"You know how to tally numbers? Take stock? Keep folks from stealin' when I ain't lookin'?"
You blinked up at him, your chest tightening. You nodded fast, terrified the chance would slip away if you hesitated.
"Yes sir. I can read, write, count. And I can run a register." You prayed to any god listening that you didn’t sound as breathless as you felt.
Bo Chow smiled then, real slow, real lazy. Like maybe he hadn't smiled all day until now. Maybe longer. And damn if it didn’t feel like that smile was a private thing, meant just for you.
"Might have somethin' for you after all," he said, nodding his chin toward the shadowed back room. "Mornings, couple hours. Pay ain't much, but it's clean work. And you get first pick if any more fruit comes in."
You tried to smile back, tried not to look like a fool whose whole world had just been saved by a stranger behind a grocery counter.
"I'd be grateful," you said, the words thick in your throat. "Truly."
"Name's Bo Chow," he said, holding out a large, calloused hand across the scarred wood of the counter. "Most folks just call me Bo."
You put your hand in his, and his fingers wrapped completely around yours. He squeezed it firm, just enough to make your stomach flip once, twice. His skin was warm, rough in all the right ways, a working man's hand. Your name felt small and clumsy on your tongue when you said it out loud.
He repeated it once under his breath, tasting the syllables, like he was putting it away somewhere safe where the dust couldn't touch it.
The heavy scuff of boots sounded behind you as a couple of old timers came through the front door, hats pulled low over their eyes against the glare. Bo dropped your hand slow, his fingers lingering against your palm like he hated letting go.
"Be here six sharp tomorrow," he said, his voice dropping a little lower, cutting through the sudden noise of the bell. "Don't make me come hunt you down."
And Lord, the way he said it, like it was a promise, like it was a threat, like maybe he wouldn't mind the trouble of hunting you down at all. You walked out of that store with your heart rattling around in your ribs, a stupid, helpless grin tugging at your mouth. The blinding dust hit your boots. The heavy sun hit your eyes. But you hardly felt it. All you could think about was him.
The next morning, you showed up just before six, your hair pinned back neatly, your boots polished the best you could manage, and a clean apron folded under your arm. The sun wasn’t even fully up yet, just a pale silver smear over the flat, unending line of the distant fields. The streets were dead and empty, save for a lone stray dog trotting along the boardwalk.
You hesitated at the door, your heart hammering a frantic rhythm against your ribs. What if he changed his mind? What if he woke up and realized you weren’t worth the wage?
But the second you pushed the door open, the warm, familiar smell of tobacco and cedar wrapped around you like an old blanket, and there he was.
He was already behind the counter, sleeves rolled tightly again over those damn forearms, his white shirt tucked messy into dark, heavy trousers. His suspenders were hanging low on his hips, draping loose like he hadn’t bothered to fix them yet. He was counting stacks of cash, a fresh cigarette stuck lazy between his teeth, the smoke curling up in slow silver ribbons around his head.
He glanced up when he heard the door jingle, and you swear, for a half second, his expression softened into a smile. A real one. That soft, quiet kind, tucked just into the corner of his mouth. Just for you.
"You're early," he said, his voice rough and deep with sleep. "Good."
You nodded, setting your things down behind the counter, your hands shaking a little as you tied your apron. You kept yourself busy to hide the nerves, dusting shelves, sweeping the floorboards, checking the heavy iron register just like he told you to. He didn’t hover over you. He just gave quiet, direct instructions here and there, moving around the store slow and easy, like he owned every cubic inch of the air and had all the time in the world to breathe it.
And it was the little things. God, it was the little things that began to drive you a little crazy.
You noticed it first when he leaned down to pull a heavy wooden crate from under the counter, how his shirt stretched tight across his broad back, the thin fabric pulling hard against shifting muscle. How a stray lock of dark hair fell over his brow, and he huffed it out of the way with a sharp breath without even noticing. You caught yourself staring, your breath catching, before snapping your head down fast, pretending to intensely reorganize the bruised peaches and greens.
Then it was the way he stood, shoulders wide, hips cocked lazy to one side, arms crossed over his chest as he watched you figure out how to properly load the metal till. There was something about the way the man moved. No wasted steps, no nervous fidgeting, like he didn’t have to try to own the space around him. He just did.
And Lord, when he laughed. It was a low, unexpected, real rough chuckle that rumbled straight from his chest when you nearly dropped the heavy glass candy jar, catching it against your ribs at the very last second. God, you felt that laugh all the way down to your toes.
"Careful, sunshine," he drawled, his eyes crinkling at the corners. "Ain't but one of you, and glass is expensive."
You ducked your head, your face burning a furious crimson, but you couldn’t help the smile that broke across your lips.
Around mid-morning, after he’d spent an hour hammering up a new supply shelf in the back, Bo wiped the sheen of sweat from his brow with the back of his hand. You offered him the jar of water you’d packed from home, your chest tight, suddenly feeling silly and forward. He took it from you with a little nod, his eyes locking onto yours as his mouth brushed the exact rim where yours had been just minutes before. He drank without hesitation. Y’all were practically kissing right there; it was indirect, but God, it felt intimate.
And when he handed the jar back, his thick fingers brushed yours. Calloused. Heavy. Warm. You felt it like a sudden jolt of lightning, sharp and sweet under your skin.
"You doin' alright?" he asked, his voice dropping low, purely for you. "Ain't scarin' you off yet?"
You shook your head fast, your eyes wide.
"No, sir."
That slow smile appeared again, all proud and warm, like he was pleased with you. It made your chest ache.
The rest of the day passed in slow, golden hours. He showed you how to track the paper inventory, how to decipher the messy shipping order forms, and how to spot the subtle difference between good grain sacks and the ones chewed through by field mice. And every little thing, the way he squinted against the glare when he stepped onto the porch, the way he twirled a lead pencil between his fingers when he was thinking, the way he touched the brim of his hat polite to the older ladies who passed by, every single thing made you fall harder.
You were a fool. You knew that. But God help you, you couldn’t stop.
Near closing time, when the long shadows stretched like ink across the floorboards, Bo lit the oil lamps and turned the front sign to CLOSED. The town settled into a heavy, twilight quiet outside, the cicadas starting up their low, vibrating summer hum.
You packed up your things, your heart suddenly heavy. You didn’t want to leave.
He leaned back against the counter, a fresh cigarette smoke curling around his head like a dark halo, watching your every movement with that unreadable, heavy look. Not smiling. Not frowning. Just watching you exist.
And before you could step out, just as your hand reached the brass latch of the door, his voice cut through the dim light:
"You did good today."
You turned, surprised, your hand freezing on the wood.
He flicked a stray ash into the tin, his voice casual, almost too casual, hiding the weight behind it:
"Could use someone steady around here. Someone like you. If you want it, job’s yours."
You tried to speak, tried to say yes, of course, yes, thank you, yes, but your throat was too dry, your chest too tight. All that came out was a breathless, fierce little whisper.
"I'd like that."
Bo nodded slow, those dark eyes never leaving yours for a single second.
"Good," he said.
You couldn’t take his stare for another moment; you just huffed, turned the handle, and left the store into the cooling night.
You showed up early again the next morning. You couldn’t help yourself if you tried. You had barely slept a wink, just laying in your small bed all night staring at the cracked ceiling, your heart banging around your ribs like a trapped bird. You kept seeing him in the dark, that rough smile, that lazy slouch against the counter, the way his hands moved, big and calloused and sure, like he could tear the whole damn world down if he wanted to, but chose to be gentle with you instead.
You dressed carefully that morning. A simple skirt, a neat, tucked in cotton blouse, your hair tied back securely. Nothing fancy, nothing loud. But you caught yourself smoothing down the fabric a dozen times on the walk over. You weren’t scared of the hard work, and you weren’t scared of Bo, either. Not really. What scared you, if you were being honest with yourself, was how badly you wanted him to look at you again the way he had yesterday. Like he actually saw you.
The bell over the door jingled when you pushed inside, and there he was.
Good Lord. You almost had to grab the thick wood of the doorframe to keep from sliding straight down onto the floorboards.
Today he had the vest on, a rich, brown canvas vest, snug and tight over his broad shoulders and chest. His shirt sleeves were rolled high to the elbows again, forearms on full display, his tan skin dusted with faint, pale scars like old stories he never bothered to tell anyone. His dark trousers fit firm and low around his effortlessly fine waist, his leather boots scuffed from the morning's heavy lifting.
He looked up from stocking the bottom shelves, and when his eyes landed on you, a flash of something fiercely warm crossed his face. Almost hidden. Almost.
"Mornin’, sunshine," he said, his voice low, gravelly, and thick with the morning. "Thought you might show."
You swallowed hard, managing a tight, small nod as you set your bag down.
He stood up slow, dusting his large hands off on a grease rag. That damn vest hugged him in all the right places, accentuating the width of his chest and the lean line of his stomach. It made your insides flip and knot in ways that felt downright dangerous.
You got straight to work without being told, moving behind the counter and checking the handwritten inventory list, trying your absolute best to pretend like your heart wasn’t about to explode right out of your chest. It didn’t help that Bo kept brushing close to you. It wasn't on purpose, not really, but every single time you turned around, he was just there.
At one point, you bent low to grab a heavy wooden crate from beneath the counter, and when you stood up too fast, you bumped right into him.
You hit his hard, solid chest, the scratchy, warm canvas of his vest pressing flat against your back. Before you could lose your footing, his large hand caught your waist automatically to steady you.
A big, heavy palm. A firm, unyielding grip. His fingers splayed wide against your hip for one electric second before he yanked them back like he’d touched a scorching stove.
You both froze.
For one wild, breathless second, the whole store went dead silent. There was no sound but the heavy ticking of the clock on the wall and the sound of his rough breath brushing the back of your exposed neck. Then, he cleared his throat roughly, stepping back a pace.
"Easy, now," he said, his voice rough, almost scolding you to hide how tight it had gone. "Ain't tryna bust that pretty nose, are ya?”
You flushed so hot you thought your skin might actually catch fire. You mumbled something incoherent, you didn’t even know what, and ducked your head fast to stare at the floorboards.
Later in the afternoon, you were coming out of the narrow storage closet, your arms full of heavy ledgers, right as Bo was striding in to fetch a tool. Instead of waiting for him to back up, instead of shrinking back like a timid girl, you moved right past him.
Except, the space was too damn narrow.
Your hip brushed hard against his thigh, your shoulder scraped right across the front of his chest, and your ass- oh, Lord, your ass skimmed right up against his front when you slid by.
You felt him go completely still, felt his large hand twitch violently at his side like he had to physically, forcefully stop himself from reaching out and grabbing you. You didn’t dare look up to see his face. You just kept moving, pretending with everything you had that you didn’t notice, pretending your whole body wasn’t screaming at the contact.
Behind you, in the quiet of the closet, you swore you heard him swear low under his breath. Real soft. Real dangerous. You bit your lower lip so hard it hurt, just to keep from smiling.
By noon, the air inside the building was thick, heavy, and soup-warm with the midday heat. Bo finally shed the canvas vest, slinging it over a iron hook near the back door. You caught a lingering glimpse of the way his damp shirt clung to his skin, tracing the long, powerful line of his spine and the strong slope of his shoulders. You caught yourself staring again, caught yourself wanting, and forced your eyes away.
But Bo must’ve noticed. A minute later, he drifted close to where you were standing, reaching past you for a tin on the high shelf. His large hand landed light but firm on your waist, physically moving you out of his way. He didn’t even think about it. He just did it. Like you were his property already.
Your breath hitched so fast you nearly dropped the tin jar in your hands.
"‘Scuse me, sunshine’," he murmured, his voice real soft, vibrating right against your ear. "You’re in the way."
You stood there like a fool, blinking blankly as he brushed past, close enough for you to inhale the scent of salt, hot sun, and tobacco smoke clinging to his skin.
It wasn’t until much later, long after closing, when you were wiping down the dusty counters and Bo was locking the heavy front door, that he spoke again.
"You work good," he said, his voice low, thick, and heavy in the dimming light. "Real good. Smarter than most the men that come through here."
You turned around, your heart instantly hammering against your ribs. Bo was leaning back against the locked door, his arms crossed over his chest, watching you through the shadows. His face was entirely unreadable. His eyes were incredibly dark.
You opened your mouth to thank him, to say something polite, but he cut you off before the words could form.
"How old are you, anyway?"
You stiffened, the air leaving your lungs. You knew exactly what he was asking. You knew why he was asking it. You met his eyes steadily, refusing to look away, your chin tilting up just a little bit in defiance.
"Turned eighteen last month," you said, your voice ringing clear in the quiet shop. "I'm grown, sir."
For a second, just a single, fleeting breath, something violent flickered across his face. Something hungry, dangerous, and entirely real. Then it was gone, shuttered away behind that calm, lazy mask he wore like a second skin.
He nodded once very slowly. Like he was making peace with something ugly inside his own chest.
"Alright, sunshine," he said, his voice rough and low. "Long as you know what you’re doin’."
You smiled, small, sweet, and entirely secret, because you did. You really, really did. And Lord help you, you weren't planning on stopping now.
The next day dragged in slow, hot and heavy, the humidity clinging to the air like a wet sheet, but you didn’t mind the heat at all. Not when you got to watch him.
Bo moved through the shop like he wasn’t even trying to be handsome, just existing with a raw, effortless grace. Stacking heavy wooden crates, counting down the flour stock, slouching lazy against the counters, and all you could do was sneak burning glances every single chance you got.
The way his sleeves were pushed up to his elbows as always, showing off those strong, thick forearms, tan and scarred, the dark veins running beneath his skin like little rivers. The way the heavy muscles flexed and bunched under the damp fabric when he lifted something heavy. His hands, god, his hands. Big and rough, the palms heavily calloused from years of brutal work, the knuckles scarred like he’d been in far more fistfights than he’d ever admit to a soul. You found yourself imagining what those hands would feel like skimming over your bare skin, wrapping tight around your throat, tangling deep into your hair. It was getting harder and harder to focus on anything else.
You were wiping down the counter again, pretending to clean when you were really just devouring him with your eyes, when you suddenly realized something:
The store was empty. No customers. None. Just you and Bo, all alone in the dimming light, the heat swirling between you like thick smoke. Your heartbeat picked up a frantic, heavy pace.
And before you could talk yourself out of it, before you could remember to be scared, or shy, or a good girl...you moved.
It wasn’t a fast run, just a normal, slightly shaky pace born of pure adrenaline. You crossed the short distance between you in a few quick steps, reached out, and grabbed his heavy hand. You tugged him firmly toward the back room.
He let you. No questions asked. No hesitation whatsoever. Just a soft, gravelly grunt and a half smirk tugging at the corner of his mouth as he followed your lead.
"What’s this, sunshine?" His voice was rough, deeply curious, and ohh so amused. "You stealin' me?"
You didn’t answer him. You couldn't. You just pulled him through the narrow back door, straight into the storeroom, dim, warm, and hidden away from the world, and shoved him back against the wooden wall.
You stood there right in front of him, breathing hard, your heart hammering so incredibly loud you swore he could hear it echoing in the quiet room. Bo looked down at you, those dark eyes burning with a sudden, intense fire, and for one terrifying second you thought maybe he’d laugh at you. Maybe he’d brush you off, tell you to run along home like the little girl you weren’t anymore.
But he didn’t. He tipped his sharp chin down, his lips brushing light against yours as he spoke, his voice low and vibrating:
"You sure?"
You nodded instantly. You didn’t trust your own voice to speak.
Oh but the single nod was all the man needed.
He kissed you like he’d been starving, like he’d been waiting for this exact moment for days. It was hard. Hungry. His large hands came down to grab your hips, his fingers digging into your skin through your skirt, dragging you flush against his heavy frame. Your head spun instantly. The whole world tilted on its axis.
His mouth was hot and rough against yours, his teeth scraping your lower lip just enough to elicit a sharp whimper from your throat. God, the helpless sound you made must’ve lit him on fire, because he growled low and deep in his chest. He cupped your face with both hands, his calloused palms scratching your cheeks, and kissed you even harder, devouring you.
You clutched at him blindly, your hands fisting into the fabric of his shirt, dragging him closer, and he let you do it, he let you crawl all over him like he was completely starving for your touch. Like he’d die if you stopped. At one point, your boots stumbled on a loose board, and you tried to pull back just an inch to catch your breath, but he chased you down. His mouth claimed yours again, his hands framing your face so careful, so tender, even with how rough and bruising the kiss was. You were dizzy with it, completely intoxicated by him, by the feel of his large body pressed hard against yours, all solid heat and unyielding muscle.
And then, you did it.
Your hands shaking violently, you grabbed his thick wrist, guided it up, and placed his big, rough hand right around your throat. Gently. It was almost like a question; like a desperate please.
Bo froze instantly. For one hot, crackling second, everything in the entire room stopped moving. The air turned to glass.
His thumb brushed the side of your throat, all slow and thoughtful, feeling the frantic, wild pulse jumping beneath your skin. He wasn’t squeezing, not yet, just holding you, letting you feel the immense strength in his fingers, the sheer weight of him. He pulled his mouth back just enough to look you dead in the eye, something dangerous, dark, and filthy gleaming behind his gaze. And then he grinned slowly, all teeth.
"You into that shit, sunshine?" His voice was like dark velvet, wrapping around you, making a violent shiver run straight down your spine.
You nodded, completely breathless, grinding your hips up against his heavy thigh like you couldn’t help it. And you couldn't.
His thick fingers flexed slightly in response, tightening just a tiny fraction around your neck, not enough to hurt you, just enough to remind you exactly who was bigger, who was stronger, and who was in total charge. You let out a soft, needy whimper, gnawing at your lip, and he laughed. A low, rough sound, like you were the best damn thing he’d ever laid his eyes on.
"Goddamn," he muttered, his voice rough, ragged, and full of reverence. “You’re gonna be the fuckin’ death of me."
Then he slammed his mouth back down on yours, kissing you deeper, dirtier, his hand still cradling the curve of your throat while his other hand roamed heavy down your spine, crushing you flat against him. You melted completely into his touch, opening up for him, letting him take whatever the hell he wanted.
Bo’s hand stayed loose around your throat for a moment longer, his thumb brushing the sharp edge of your jaw, his breath ragged and hot against your mouth, before he finally let go. Not because he wanted to stop touching you, nah, far from it. Because he wanted more.
He gave you a rough, breathless little grin, and it only made your knees turn to water, then reached down and grabbed you firmly by the waist like you weighed absolutely nothing at all. He lifted you right up in the air.
He set you down on the nearest wooden stool, the wood still warm from the heavy heat outside, leaving you a little unsteady, but solid enough. Your hands grabbed the dusty edges of the stool instinctively to steady yourself, your eyes wide, your heart pounding so loud you could barely hear your own thoughts.
Bo leaned back just a half step, just enough to drink the sight of you. The way your cotton dress had ridden up, baring the soft, dark skin of your thighs. The way you sat there completely breathless, your pupils blown wide, your lips kiss swollen, red, and desperate for him. He dragged a heavy hand down his face, taking a sharp breath as if trying to keep his sanity together, and then just said low, almost entirely to himself:
"Christ, you're pretty."
You didn’t even realize you were doing it, but your eyes kept dropping lower. To his hands. Those big, rough, dangerous hands, scarred, calloused, and terrifyingly strong. You could feel the raw strength of them radiating from where you sat. You could imagine them wrapped tightly around your hips, your waist, your throat again, holding you down, holding you up, doing whatever he damn well pleased with you.
Your mouth went completely dry. And of course Bo noticed. His lips curled into a wicked, knowing smirk.
"Yeah?" he rasped, his voice dropping into a dark register. "You like the look of my hands, sunshine?" Like he didn’t already know the answer.
You swallowed hard, your chest heaving, and nodded. You didn't even try to hide it from him again.
Bo stepped right between your knees, crowding your space completely, his body heat washing over you like an open furnace. He ducked his head down.
He started kissing along your jawline, slow, wet, open mouthed kisses trailing lower and lower down your neck. You gasped aloud when he found that sensitive spot just under your ear, sucking there hard enough to leave a dark mark, and he grinned against your skin when you tilted your head back for him, entirely helpless and wanting.
"Good girl," he muttered roughly into your neck, his breath searing hot. "So pretty ‘fa me."
You could’ve melted right into the floorboards then and there. You could’ve died happy. His hands were everywhere now, roaming heavy up your sides, his thumbs brushing the undersides of your breasts, dragging along the soft curves of your waist like he was memorizing every single inch of you. You arched your back into his touch, not even trying to play coy or innocent anymore. You wanted him. All of him.
And Bo, he was absolutely starving for you. Before you could even blink, the big man dropped straight to his knees.
His broad body sank down onto the dusty floor in front of you. He used his strong hands to spread your knees wider apart, pulling your underwear down in one smooth, unyielding motion. He looked up at you from below, something almost feral, dark, and consuming burning in his eyes.
"Gotta taste you, baby," he rasped, his voice half broken with raw need. "Been fuckin' dying for it."
You whimpered out loud, your hand flying to his head instinctively, your fingers fisting deep into the thick, dark strands of his hair as he shoved your cotton dress up higher, higher, completely exposing you to the dim room.
There was no hesitation. Bo dove in like a man half out of his mind with thirst.
The very first press of his hot mouth against your already wet pussy made you cry out, a sharp, sweet sound echoing in the rafters as your hips bucked up without you even meaning to. Bo groaned aloud against your skin, a deep, dirty sound, like you were the best thing he'd ever tasted in his entire life. He grabbed your thighs with a bruising grip, holding you down, forcing you to stay right there for him.
His mouth was incredibly hungry, his lips and tongue working you open, devouring you like you were his last meal on earth. You tried to pull away just once, completely overwhelmed, shaking all over, your breath hitching painfully in your throat, but he only groaned louder and pulled your hips back down harder against his face.
"Nah, baby. You take it. You let me eat this pretty little pussy just like this. You fuckin’ taste how bad I want you."
You sobbed his name out loud, it sounded pathetic, really, echoed in the quiet storeroom. Your hips ground helplessly, frantically against his mouth, and Bo just groaned again, deeper this time, like he could come from the mere taste of you alone.
The wet, relentless slide of his tongue. The sharp scrape of his teeth just barely grazing you. The way he ruthlessly sucked your clit into his mouth and held it there until your whole body was violently shaking. He licked you like he owned you. Like he wasn’t gonna let you walk out of this storeroom until you knew exactly whose girl you were.
And when you finally came, loud, undone, and desperate, your thighs clamping tight around his head, Bo just kept going. He didn’t stop. He didn’t let up for a single second. He made you ride out every single shudder, every whimper, every sweet, broken little cry that left your lips.
When you finally slumped forward, completely boneless, ruined, and sweating, your hands were still fisting weakly in his dark hair.
Bo looked up at you through his eyelashes, his mouth slick with you, his dark eyes wild, untamed, and fierce. He spoke, his voice low, rough, and absolute:
"Ain’t done with you yet, sunshine."
And you believed every single word. You wanted him. God help you, you wanted every single thing Bo Chow was about to give you.
