Kisses Rom’s shoulder while spooning him as he sleeps.
A little groan's given at kiss as it wakes him up. " You're awake? " Roman was usually the first to wake up after all.

It's been somewhat of a long day, admittedly.
They'd had rehearsal first of course, running through re-writes and choreography over and over and over, and then it had been on to the main part of their job. The general public cared little for them having been going nonstop all day after all and still expected a show, and so a show they had given them. In truth, Marie was somewhat considering slipping out of the little after show gathering and just heading home.
Much as she loves her shoes, she honestly can't wait to get them off.
Brown eyes glance out across the small crowd of performers and patrons. She's not the only one feeling a touch lethargic, she's sure, but she can hold out for a little longer. Perhaps she can walk with Arabia, if she can spot her amongst the throng. It's a little bit nicer than walking home alone anyway.
And yet she can't seem to find her, no matter how she turns her head. Perhaps she's with a patron, perhaps she's already left, it's hard to tell. Still, Marie tells herself, it shouldn't do any harm to check. Weaving her way through the crowd, she begins to head in the direction of backstage, eyes still scanning the faces and as such, she doesn't catch sight of the damp patch of floor, not until she feels her feet slip out from beneath her.
God damn, life had to make things hard for her. Finding her target wasn't the problem- getting close enough to murder him was. His house was too well guarded, and neither Megan or Angela was this pervert's type... 'too old'.
That thought made her want to puke up her dinner, which only strengthened her resolve. If she wanted to get this guy, she had to get into one of his fancy galas... and to do this, she had to talk to the one guy she knew had an invitation.
Le Duc de Monroth, André Dacor Benicieux.
She could hear him approaching the door and shouted, "It's open, come in!" before he could knock. At least Angela wasn't here... the last thing she needed her best friend hassling her about was her future 'date', which... ulgth.

"What did you think of him?"
She'd brought suitors around from time to time, but none ever really stuck around. Lucy missed having someone around that truly wanted her. These days she was lusted after, not loved. There was a deep loneliness within her that she tried so desperately to fill with potential suitors. This one would just be another in a long line of men that lusted not loved.
"He's handsome, don't you think?"

Kevin is fighting every urge in his body not to frown. It wouldn't have been a terribly mature thing to do, and he was still quite convinced that he was capable of at least convincing this man that he was grown and that his pursuits were worthwhile and anything but childish. Still, the Duke seemed bored despite the din of bells and whistles and the excited buzz of the crowd of youths that had gathered to watch. It was almost as if he couldn't sense it, couldn't see the potential that surrounded them like Kevin did.
No matter. Kevin liked a challenge, and he'd been given an opening to deliver his pitch, and he wasn't about to let it get away from him.
"Oh, all the typical things," Kevin replies with well-crafted nonchalance. "Lights, bells, buzzers...pinball is flashy, but it isn't the star. What really excites people is seeing their favorite champion. It's a show, a performance." Kevin waves his hand in the direction of a few occupied machines, fans holding their breath as their neighborhood fave frantically tried to best the highscore. "There's the devotees, the curious onlookers who want to see what all the fuss is about...everyone sharing in the moment as the score creeps higher and higher, sharing the disappointment when the game is over and the score is just shy of a record." He takes a step forward, turning his attention to the one unoccupied machine, waiting patiently for the next performance. "People like to feel like they're part of something, that's what gets 'em goin'. And since it is just a coin operated game, anyone can dream of being a champ."

"I have unique tastes," she replies, and then laughs again, a shriek of a sound, ducking under his arm and into the lobby.
She loves it in here, the mix of red carpeting and polished tile, the swirling art deco architecture. The constricted squares of colour of the framed posters and the inksplash faces peering out of them.
"Those aren't bad things to be, you know."

She rather enjoyed this part of her job; the joy or relief it sometimes brings her clients.
85 may not know what he intends to do once these women are found and their dossiers handed over, but for a brief naive moment she can pat herself on the back. 85 could wrangle with the guilt and consequences when she does finally find them.
Her coffee is nearly white from an excess of cream, which seems fitting if she's having cake, at least. She sips, glancing over at him with her large eyes at his question. There's a small, humble shrug, tongue tracing residual cream from her upper lip before cup's placed down and she reaches into her pocket. She slides over an open wallet.
OIPC is in golden block letters on the badge, her photo on a very convincing identification card along with it— it looks like her, but not entirely. Hair is slicked back into a no-nonsense bun, the hint of a charcoal gray suit making her eyes look more icy.
One could just imagine the persona that visited poor Gustave. "Interpol agent Eveline Favre was very strict with him." 85 muses as she cuts into her cake. "It was in his best interest to be cooperative." Her smile is a bit wry as she chews. She may have had a little too much fun with it.
