I've mentioned before that when I was a child I would do Simpsons studies (particularly drawing Bart Simpson's head over and over and over again), well today I found some bits my mom had kept from my childhood and I found some REAL gems omg

I think I was about 11 or 12 when I did this, so this is roughly about 17 years old!!!

And then I found THIS

Given how much more this paper has aged I'd say I was about 7 or 8 when I did this (21+ years ago jeez!!!). Look at this, man. This alone should've been clue enough I was a little autismo LMAO.

It's been so cute seeing these, and remembering the spark I had for drawing cartoons (clearly that never changed) at such a young age, but seeing it directly feels so warm and nostalgic for me aww lil babey!!!

I know The Simpsons hasn't aged so well, but it will always hold a special place in my heart for being one of the Core things that got me into being a cartoon illustrator
