thank you!! honestly i can't believe the level of traction that post got and i'm really happy to hear ppl enjoyed my interpretation 😭 i really wanted to make him look like a contemporary computer of the time the story was written and while i don't think we know when exactly he was made + i'm sure he has much more updated equipment on him, i like the idea of his "face" being one of his original consoles/monitor banks. i also think that classic green-on-black display feels very military and for function, not form - am to me would be a computer without much aesthetic thought put into it, made for one purpose and for nothing else. but also at the end of the day i just love old school computer aesthetics lol i had a lot of fun drawing him and i actually have another idea for those two...
