Western universities are funny because I had one semester exchange in Sweden and wdym I had to hear a professor complain about lack of funding while in a fully modernly equipped room inside the biggest university building I've ever seen in my life meanwhile my home university in Romania has its elevator break down every 2 months and no scientific article I've ever tried to access through my institutional account ever worked
