Bruh, really 😑
Notice anything wrong with this picture?
Well, I didn't.
Until after I had already thrown away the packaging and put another head on the body. So no chance of returning 🙃
I think I have a semi articulated doll in a similar skintone that I can harvest a hand from, but come on Mattel.
Just a little quality control would be nice.
I'm sure there's some reasoning behind it but if Mattel had this sculpt at their disposal, why wasn't it used for any of the other Ken movie dolls?
I would have been more interested in the other dolls if they had this face.
You know. Usually when someone says a doll is wonky, I don't see it. I tend not to nitpick over little quirks or defects.
But this is one of the most egregious examples of wonk eye I've ever seen in my life.
How did this even make it out of the factory?
I got this doll used so I'm not sure if this was done by mattel or the previous owner but her ear piercings are in her jawline on both sides of her head 😑
Considering how neat and even the piercings are I think mattel was the culprit.
Anyone here have much experience ordering from mattel creations?
I got an email that my order had shipped almost a week ago but FedEx tracking says a label has been created but they don't have a package in their possession.
Is that normal for Mattel Creations orders to have a gap between when they tell you it shipped and when it actually ships?
These flavas dolls are some interesting looking characters.
If you showed these to me with no context, I would assume they were knock off Kens, not anything actually produced by mattel.
They certainly were committed to the look though.
Sincerely questioning the decision to sew these glasses to her head.
Near impossible to remove them without either messing up her braids or breaking the glasses 😑
