Okay. Okay, he could do this. Sure, he had not been a human for very long, but neither was Susan! Wait, not even close to what he should have been reassuring himself about. Okay. Okay. He just had to be suave. Yes, that was it. He could do that much. It was just Susan, right? He'd known Susan most of his existence, for Doctor's sake!

"Hey, Susan" he said, channeling the Doctor as he leaned against a counter and knocked over a container. Not the greatest start, he'd admit. Right, maybe he wasn't channeling right. Okay, he could do this, he just had to calm down. Be the Doctor he wanted to see in himself. The Doctor's won the hearts of many, why couldn't he?

Sonic cleared his throat once, twice, a third time, and pushed back his hair. This must have been what nervous felt like. He reached behind him for --he forgot to get the flowers, right. She raised an eyebrow at him in question. "Erm, well, that is... These film things, um... Well, I was just thinking, you know they sound fun, don't they?" he gave a nervous chuckle "And ah...
