First issue was mostly made up, to get free records and cassettes, but by the 3rd issue in 1988, I had goths/punks/skaters school mates at Kearny writing for it. The Cure stub is the first ever concert I saw after moving to San Diego in 1987, Kiss Me x3 tour. Love and Rockets tour with The Bubblemen (Love and Rockets in bubblemen costumes doing rap music.
